Condo:
Situé à Anchorage, ce condo donne directement sur l'océan, la piscine et la cour. Offrant de belles vues depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon, la chambre principale et de larges vues panoramiques depuis le balcon du niveau principal et le balcon privé de la 3ème chambre. Avec un peu plus de 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie spacieux, ce condo est livré avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et une télévision à écran plat.

Le placard de la chambre en mezzanine a été rallongé et sert actuellement de quatrième chambre. Cet espace a deux lits jumeaux avec lits gigognes (4 lits jumeaux).

Nos condos sont situés à quelques minutes de Broadway at the Beach, du Boardwalk et du Sky Wheel du centre-ville, de Myrtle Waves, de l’atterrissage aux pieds nus, de Tanger Outlets, du NASCAR Speedpark, de spectacles de théâtre, de spectacles et de golf.

Perfect Summer Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Everything has been updated. Beach was just a short walk! The pool was shut down on the last day of our stay to treat the pool. That was disappointing but no fault of the condo owner. We could have used smart TVs so we could log into our Netflix account. The beach closet only had beach chairs. No beach toys and was missing the beach umbrella. Rentals were available to rent right on the beach so it worked out for us.

Cozy and close to the beach

The condo was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to hang out. Pool area was well kept and nice. The Condo had everything you could possibly need to make meals, sit on the beach or just sit around playing games. It did have a few small issues. The condo had a mildewy smell to it so I just febrezed the place and it was good after that. I was a little bummed the upstairs bedroom sliding glass door was missing the screen door. I would have loved to have it open more without the threat of bugs.Other than those small things, I would highly recommend staying here!!

Condo was very clean and well stocked with utensils, new appliances, pool chairs, and other amenities. Location is fantastic with plenty of room on the beach for our family and our friends. We enjoyed our morning walks along the workout trail. Sleeper sofa needs replaced, as cushions are very flat, but not a deal breaker. Will definitely come back again.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere but here!

It’s close to so many attractions, without the business of downtown. The unit itself was clean and updated, as well as nicely furnished. We love the size of the property because it’s not too big or overcrowded. The proximity to the beach is one of the best features, in about a minute, your toes are in the sand! We love it here and will continue to come back year after year 😀

Great stay at Anchorage I

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at Anchorage I C10. The unit was newly renovated and in fantastic condition. The kitchen was well equipped and clean! The beds were not so comfortable but they were adequate. I bought a few things for the unit. Bath rugs and a basting brush for the kitchen. Lisa was extremely pleasant to work with. It was good to see that our old favorite was so well kept up. The residents and guests we met were very friendly. The upstairs loft bedroom had the best view because you were above the palm tree. I will definitely be back in the future.

Great location. View obstructed by palms. Unit pretty run down.

Our third time at Anchorage. This is in a great location. Parking is easy and access with groceries etc. to unit is good. This particular unit was somewhat disappointing. Pretty run down. Could have a great ocean view, but over grown palms obstruct it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is very conveniently located and very comfortable! We had a great stay. The chair in the living room had some broken arm pieces and kitchen cabinets were in poor shape, so some repairs/replacements would go a long way, but this didn’t really negatively impact our stay. I would have like more pillows, though. The King and queen beds only had two each, and I had to borrow from the couch to get comfortable. The development was quiet and the pool was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and overall a great place. I had to call on the day of check in to get my email with check-in instructions and door code.

Great Choice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the the first time I chose a Vacation Rental over a hotel for our family and I'm glad I did. The property was not ready for the check-in, but they immediately called additional cleaning people to expedite the process. The condo was spacious with great views of pool and ocean from two levels. The beds were comfortable and enough window coverage to be able to sleep in while the sun came up. My only complaint was that the kitchen was dated and worn. There were several broken drawers. Overall, I would definitely come here again!

Nice condo in great location

Our stay in Anchorage I, unit 310 was very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most things we needed. It’s a very short walk to the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our two balconies! The pool was nice as well. I would stay here again.
