SECOND BEDROOM: Features one King sized bed a desk, chair and a large smart TV to use your Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts.
THIRD ROOM: Toddler or baby room. We have a Toddler bed that can be converted to a crib with at least 48 hour notice. We have books and toys all ready for your little ones!
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with pots, pans, rice cookers, vitamix blender, kitchen aid mixer and more to cook up a delicious meal. The large dining table and bar seating provide ample entertaining and family space. It has stainless appliances, a french door refrigerator that has filtered water, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal. The kitchen has an additional breakfast nook that can seat 4-6 people. The dining table can seat 6.
LIVING ROOM: A large sectional is big enough to relax on and watch a movie on the large smart tv after relaxing by the pool or beach all day.
PATIO: We have an additional patio table that seats 6 people comfortably. The pool deck is spacious and open for great times with your family making memories! There is a pool fence that can be put up with 48 hours notice.
â We are pet friendly for non-shedding dogs up to 20lbs upon approval and with a $1000.00 pet fee. *MUST BE APPROVED*
â Parties or gatherings are prohibited (we do not host locals)
â We have a no smoking policy
â There are 2 outdoor security camera surveillance at the front door and above the garage for self check-in confirmation.
â Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
â We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.
Park in the driveway, street parking is not allowed (room for 4 car).
NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

We love to give our guests their complete privacy, but we are only a few minutes away. We strive for a 5 Star Experience, so please let us know if there is anything missing in your stay!
Centrally located, east of 95 with easy access. 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Brightline Train(takes you to FT. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 25 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 10 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joeâs, and 5 minutes Costco and target! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion.
Pool and lawn maintenance are attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.
Unfortunately our neighbourhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :)
We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound and one above the garage.
Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guestâs drivers license and rental agreement.
We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 68-78F.
Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God.
BOOKINGS YET TO BEGIN
They are RARE, but, if, at any time, our property is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the National Weather Service (NWS) published hurricane âincidence coneâ remains focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of CAT 1, or more, forty-eight (48) hours prior to your booking, we will attempt to contact you to notify you that we are cancelling your booking. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted, as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather.
ACTIVE STAYS
If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area.
If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities.
You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. We will offer you a pro-rata refund of your stay, for the remaining days in keeping with the Airbnb Extenuating Circumstances Policy.
Weather-related communications outages may impact our ability to contact you. We will make every effort to connect with you, and resolve your reservation situation.

It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.
Per Airbnbâs listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have âdangerous animalsâ on the property.
