Welcome to By the Sea, your home away from home! With a charming nautical theme carried throughout this clean, spacious condo, you will swear you can feel the ocean breeze and smell the salty air.

The Space:
A modern kitchen with a beautiful white countertop island greets you as you walk in the door, inviting you to cook your favorite meal on stainless steel appliances and enjoy it around the dining room table with seating for 6.

Gather together in the cozy living room after a long day of exploring all that beautiful southern Utah has to offer, outfitted with ample sofa and seating options and smart TV to watch your favorite movie or binge watch that show you’ve been meaning to catch up on. Two private bedrooms with attached bathrooms will allow you enough room for guests, but your own spaces to unwind when needed. At By the Sea, your relaxation has been placed top of mind.

This home sleeps 9 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious vanity and walk-in shower. A set of sliding glass doors opens onto a covered patio.

Bedroom #2 has one queen size bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on the top. The room also offers a smart tv and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

The condo also features a third half-bathroom with a pedestal sink and toilet.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Pool and hot tub are heated all year-round!
-Absolutely NO stairs!
- 1 parking space is provided – one covered and overflow parking available first come first serve
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Smoking is not allowed in the condo or anywhere in the building, including decks and stairways.

By the Sea is located in beautiful Freedom Village. This enviable location is 4 minutes from the brand-new Red Cliffs Temple and in close proximity to Zion National Park, St. George Regional Airport, downtown St. George, and dining and shopping. Freedom Village boasts a 2,000 square foot beach entry pool, hot tub, pickleball court, children’s playground, and RV parking. Sand Hollow State Park is only 18 minutes away (rated as one of the most popular state parks in Utah).

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes, and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon, where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Feeling lucky? Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
