Louez cet adorable cottage de deux chambres avec terrasse et jardin. C’est très probablement l’une des meilleures locations privées et calmes près de la plage du côté sud de 30A entre Seaside et Rosemary Beach! Ce chalet de style européen vierge a plafonds de 10 pieds, cuisine sur mesure avec comptoirs en granit, des planchers de marbre, kingsize chambre principale, un jacuzzi, magnifique véranda. TV dans chaque chambre, DVR / Internet / WIFI fourni. Une retraite de plage parfaite pour vous et votre partenaire ou votre famille. Très pittoresque et romantique. Enrouler autour de pont avec une table de pique-nique avec parasol, petit grill, chaise de plage surdimensionné et des chaises longues portables. Parfait pour les bains de soleil. Plage Wagon disponible pour la plage. Palmiers dans la cour avant avec parking privé à la fin de la rue sans issue. Trois invités maximum. Il y a un supplément de 50 $ par nuit pour une 4ème personne.

Tout le monde aime le calme et la tranquillité ici. La maison se trouve au bout d'un chemin privé sans voie de passage, mais est encore seulement 1. 5 pâtés de maisons de la plage, sur le côté sud de 30A juste à côté de l'est de Lake Rd. Il est également proche de la piste cyclable 30A et le lac de l'Est. On peut louer des vélos justblocks loin sur 30A. Voir les photos pour accès à la plage qui sont à la fin de la rue sur Eastern Lake Road. Il est plus proche de la plage puis quand vous restez à la plupart des développements en bord de mer situé sur le côté sud de 30A! Viens et amuse toi!

Lovely beach cottage

Enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. Connie has thought of everything for a comfortable stay. She was very good to deal with. The property was very nice. Lots of comfortable seating both inside & out. Great bed in master bedroom.

Perfect beach vacation!!

My husband and I visited this property for our wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful and incredibly well-appointed. The walk to the beach is quiet and quick, and the beach is gorgeous. Connie is responsive and helpful- she responds extremely quickly and is so willing to help. We had an amazing week and we would highly recommend this property!!

This adorable 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect place for a couple's beach vacation!

We loved staying in Connie's cottage at Seagrove Beach! She is the perfect hostess, warm & friendly, and has provided everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach. I love her eclectic decor and her art work that decorates the walls. The beach access at Eastern Lake is just a short walk away! We hope to be able to stay here again soon! Thanks, Connie!

Cottage Close to the Sea

My husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom unit for three nights. The cottage is located at the end of a short road and is very private. Connie was very accommodating and allowed us to modify our reservation without incurring additional charges. She was also very helpful with local restaurant recommendations (note: if you go to Red Bar, bring cash as that is the only form of payment they accept - good food). The cottage was very clean and private. The short walk to the beach only took a couple of minutes and the beach wagon was a lifesaver for carrying chairs, umbrella etc. The beach is beautiful with wonderful white silky sand. This is a beautiful part of the Panhandle and I would highly recommend for couples or families.

Second time - Enjoyed ourselves again

This was our second time staying in this home. As before, it was a great experience. My wife and I stayed in the main house and our grown son stayed in the studio. Everyone had a great time. The house and studio are beautifully decorated and comfortable.They are also very well-maintained. We took our dog as well and she had a good time chasing little geckos around outside. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, very quiet neighborhood. It was a rainy period but we were able to get to the beach every day except one. The owner sent us clear instructions about the house as well as driving directions to the property. Highly recommended to couples, small dog owners or those traveling with a young adult who might want their own space.

First of all, Thank you for coming a second time! I am so glad that you were comfortable and had a great time. I keep trying to make improvements like putting on a new deck and parking space this year. Now I have hired a proffessional landscaper to maintain the yard as well. My home is a perfect place for extended family use or even for wedding planners who need to book different parties for the same event. I am glad you like the decor. This is my infactuation. I wanted to create an upscale decor that could still be maintained as pet friendly. Also, the home is all on one floor so it is great for elderly couples as well. Wanting to go back!

My husband and I returned home on Saturday from a wonderful vacation at Seagrove Beach. We loved staying in this cottage. It was more than adequate for the two of us. We enjoying having room to spread out a bit. I could find a spot for reading while my husband stretched out on the couch to watch TV. Everything in the house was clean and in good condition. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't have. We loved the beachy atmosphere. This was our first trip to the Seagrove area. We enjoyed the other beach towns along 30A and found several good places to eat. It was especially nice to be able to walk to the beach in the evenings. During the day, we went to the Santa Clara/Bramble Grove Beach which was just down the road. Communicating with Connie in getting it all set up was easy and pleasant. I'll certainly recommend this property to anyone interested in going to the area.

Hi! I do hope that you will come back and SOON! You rented the main front cottage which is open and yet has lots of space to spread out and enjoy. 30A is great in that it still has that laid back beach atmosphere. I am glad you loved my beach cottage and found that it was comfy and clean.

My husband and I were in the area for a wedding and this rental was perfect for the weekend. As described, it offered a large refrigerator, hot plate, outside grill, microwave and coffee maker. Who could ask for more for a couple who loves to dine out! Speaking of dining out, the location is an easy drive to many excellent 30A restaurants. The layout is charming, as is the decorating. Upon entering the kitchen, one immediately feels relaxed, and it gets more cozy as one continues past the bathroom into the sleeping area with a bed with the most comfortable mattress. This rental was immaculate and the owner gave very concise directions for its use. Since we were busy with seeing the sights, eating out and attending wedding beach activities, we never used the beach area near this rental. This was also because the large outside deck in the well kept backyard, offered a delightful quiet spot to read and relax. We would definitely use this rental again.

The way you described coming into the quaint colorful kitchen is exactly how I feel every time I enter and then walk around to the bedroom. I know that you have many other things to do so thank you for doing this. I do think it is an ideal place for two people and is close enough to the beach but protected from all the 30A traffic and activity to give a person a real beach experience. Please come again! Connie

Wonderful!!!

My girlfriend and I arrived at the property and were created by the owner. She was very kind and gave us information pertaining to the local area, shops, restaurants, and beaches. The exterior was well maintained and offered privacy. The interior was clean, beautifully decorated, and everything she described during our booking. There was also a number of books you could read.....Frank Sinatra's bio was the best. We had a wonderful time and will be back. It's perfect for a long weekend getaway, or a weekly vacation. One more thing needs to be noted. On Saturday we drove 20 minutes to Panama City Beach for some snorkeling. Later that afternoon we received a text from Connie that she had placed our towels and a pair of flip flops inside the exterior closet as so they didn't get wet from the rain that was coming through. We also left our hair dryer and my girlfriend's curling iron. Connie called us and confirmed this and sent them to us via USPS at no charge. She went above and beyond.

Thank you for your kind response. My philosophy in life is to "pay it forward". Everything seems to have gotten on such a "take" basis. Everything can't just be about money. I wanted to create a cozy, private romantic and affordable space where couples could enjoy a relaxing getaway. I try to stay in the background and I love the fact that the studio is like it's in it's own private world surrounded by yard and pines instead of constantly experiencing road traffic. I love living near the beach at the end of this quiet street located smack in the middle of 30A. I have a bachelors degree in fine art and have done the interior design makeovers for my own home and commercial /University spaces. I love painting, gardening. My home is filled with my original artwork and hand crafted artwork.

My plantation style home with a palm trees oasis in the front yard is located just two blocks from the beach/Gulf of Mexico at the end of a no through street on the South Side of 30A. Located in the middle of wonderful 30A minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach. It is centered 20 minutes from Pier Park Panama City Florida and the Outlet Mall in Sandestin. Close to Destin Florida.

Very private and quiet! Wonderful palm trees in front yard, private deck off main kitchen. Open floor plan with high ceilings and light from every direction. Filled with original art, marble floors. Granite countertops in custom kitchen. Two bedrooms. One king size bed one queen bed. Clean, modern and bright. VERY WELL MAINTAINED. Walk to the beach. Close to 30A bike path, restaurants, and just 5 minutes to the beach town of Seaside. The Sandestin Outlet Mall is only 20 minutes away. Other seaside towns such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach are minutes away.
