Welcome to Tremblant Les Eaux, where breathtaking golf course and mountain views surround you in this picturesque neighbourhood just minutes from the heart of Tremblant Village. Relax in style in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat, complete with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and three private balconies. Take advantage of the seasonal community pool, unwind in the hot tub, or hop on the complimentary shuttle to explore the vibrant village and its endless adventures.
The Space
As you walk through the door, you'll enter the open concept living area with a large leather sofa facing the wood burning fireplace and cable TV. The large windows provide bright natural light and mountain views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a Keurig and drip coffee maker - all you need is your food and spices! The dining area seats 8, so everyone can get together on those nights when you're not dining at one of Tremblant's local restaurants. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the private balcony, complete with BBQ and outdoor seating.
There are 4 bedrooms in this home, 2 on the main floor and 2 upstairs. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Upstairs, Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private balcony. Bedroom #4 is also upstairs with a single over double bunk bed and an additional single sofa bed. There is a full bathroom on each floor with a shower-in-tub.

The Les Eaux community has a shared aquatic facility including a seasonal pool and a year-round hot tub.
Tremblant Resort offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the village - no need to drive!

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le nĂ©cessaire : ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisson, couverts, vaisselle, machine Ă cafĂ© Keurig et cafetiĂšre goutte Ă goutte. Il vous suffit de vous fournir en nourriture et en Ă©pices ! La salle Ă manger peut accueillir 8 personnes, ce qui permet Ă tout le monde de se rĂ©unir les soirs oĂč vous ne mangez pas dans l'un des restaurants locaux de Tremblant. Des portes coulissantes en verre permettent d'accĂ©der facilement au balcon privĂ©, Ă©quipĂ© d'un barbecue et de siĂšges extĂ©rieurs.
Il y a quatre chambres dans cette maison, deux au rez-de-chaussée et deux à l'étage. La chambre n°1 dispose d'un lit double et d'un balcon privé. La chambre n°2 dispose d'un lit double. à l'étage, la chambre 3 est la chambre principale avec un lit king size et un balcon privé. La chambre 4 se trouve également à l'étage et dispose d'un lit superposé simple sur double et d'un canapé-lit simple supplémentaire. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte à chaque étage, avec une douche dans la baignoire.

La communauté Les Eaux dispose d'une installation aquatique commune comprenant une piscine saisonniÚre et un bain à remous ouvert toute l'année.
Le Centre de villégiature Tremblant propose également un service de navette gratuit pour se rendre au village et en revenir, ce qui évite de devoir conduire !
Un local de rangement privé est à la disposition des clients pour qu'ils puissent y ranger leur matériel de ski et de vélo.
CITQ# 301331
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renterâs damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
