Enjoy watching golfers give it their best while cooking dinner on the charcoal or gas grill and dine at the table for six on the back deck. The golf course isn’t just for golfers. Deer like to roam the fairways and visit every day! Relax with a good book in a comfy chair or enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail at the rail with seating for 6 on the front deck. After a long day, relax in the hot tub or around the firepit with family and friends on the lower level.

This rental offers the opportunity to access a Beech Mountain Club Sports Membership for amenities like golf, tennis, pickleball, and a swimming pool. A separate membership transfer fee of $300, not included in the nightly rental, is required. Please let us know in advance if you would like to access the club, and we will be happy to send you the details.



The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit including a playground with spectacular views, an adventure tower, seasonal sledding hill, Fred’s General Mercantile, a brewery, a taproom, a history museum, and more!

▪️ Cameras may be present in areas considered public like parking and entry areas

▪️ 4WD and/or chains are highly recommended for access to this home in the winter months

▪️ The home is not equipped with baby gates for the stairs or a portable crib

▪️ The upstairs bedroom features a pocket door and does not have a lock



★ Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to availability with a $25/hour fee. Reach out to the host to inquire.

★ Smoking is NOT allowed.

★ 1 Pet allowed with a $200 Fee; under a 20-lb weight limit and should not be allowed on furniture or beds. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated. Guests must clean up after their pets inside and outdoors. Please ensure your pet does not disturb neighbors or other guests. Pets must remain leashed in all shared or outdoor common areas. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.

★ A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.

★ Towels should be placed in the wash prior to departure

★ Please ensure all trash is properly bagged and placed in designated disposal areas upon check-out



Although the Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off of the main roads quickly in the winter months, it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly recommend bringing snow chains to assist.
