Ce 3ème étage au nord condo de coin a une vue imprenable sur l'Intracoastal Waterway (Boca Ciega Bay) à partir de votre balcon double de taille. Des rangées de fenêtres ouvrent l'espace pour une vue imprenable sur l'eau. Le grand balcon est un endroit idéal pour observer les dauphins, les oiseaux de mer et des bateaux sur l'eau juste en dehors de vos portes coulissantes. Le bâtiment n ° 3 est situé à côté de la zone de cuisson, ce qui rend vos grillades agréables et pratiques. Il se trouve également à proximité de la piscine et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage avec accès facile !!

Land’s End est situé sur l’île au trésor, au bout d’une péninsule, et est entouré de 3 côtés par de l’eau; la voie navigable Intracoastal à l'est, un passage au sud et le golfe du Mexique à l'ouest. Will Rent this Condo Again

I have stayed at Lands End Condominium Complex at least 5 times. This is by far the best condo I have stayed in. We had a fantastic time. If you are looking for a low key vacation then this is the place for you. Buy a float or use one in the room (usually in the closet) and enjoy floating in the bay, pool or ocean. That is pretty much what I did :)

This is a well equipped condo on the waterway side, which we prefer because we find the scenery more interesting. Three good flat screen TV's, two with DVD players. Wi-fi access, but only 1 MBPS.....needs to be be faster. Had an ant invasion, but was treated promptly when I called.

Great stay!!!!

We loved the condo and all the amenities within the property. The only thing I would suggest would be sheets that fit the king bed. They were to small for the mattress and was uncomfortable to wake up and find the fitted sheets half off the bed. There were too many extention cords attached to each other in the master bedroom as well. Was not good as my chargers got super hot and barely charged my devises. Other than that we loved the place! Highly recommend!!!

Lands End perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love lands end. My problem is Florida. The prices have skyrocketed. I hate to say it, but It is probably my last vacation in Florida. I'm retired and just can't afford these high prices. The latest scam is paying for parking by the day. Usually its around 40-45 dollars. That's a dinner or some soveigners. Even lands end is charging for parking for renters and guests. Not to mention yearly increases on rent. I've been staying here for 20 years and love the property, just can't afford it any more.

Great Stay on the Bay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit, we have stayed at Land's End several times and this unit is a favorite. The coastal decor is so well done, the unit is well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the big deck watching the watercraft and loved watching the dogs play in the edge of the waters with their owners. This corner unit does provide that extra room that is truly an advantage. We did have an issue with the TV's initially, however contacted rental resorts and they sent out a repairman to resolve the problem within a day of our request. We had great food at Sea Dogs, Caddy's, Crabby's, Foxy's, Captain Bills, Willy's. We also enjoyed going to the pier downtown St. Pete and having drinks and appetizers at Doc Fords. We love Treasure Island/St. Pete Beach and have been vacationing in this area for years. We highly recommend Lands End and would stay in Unit 301 again in the future. My only suggestions would be this unit could use a couple of more beach towels, and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. We will be back again in 2023!

Glad you liked the coastal décor, and it is well equipped and very clean. Great you like the corner unit with the advantage of extra room and larger balcony. We are glad you had the television problem fixed within a day from Resort Rentals. Sounds like you visited many fun restaurants in the area, and how fun to check out St. Petersburg new Pier. We do not require our owners to provide beach towels, so that is great they had some. We can certainly check the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom. We look forward to your next visit.

Favorite Vacation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this exact condo. We have stayed at Lands End 6 times. The Condo's are great. Near the bay and the Ocean. We love grabbing our floats and LOTS of sunscreen and floating :) Locally there is some great restaurants and shopping. We also like going parasailing at Gators and jetskiing.

Good location for beach and intercoastal waters. Bar/restuarant across water was loud music all day and into the night. Saw no dolphins but did have a Manatee that swam by a few days off our balcony.

Best View in Land's End

A very short walk takes you to the pool, hot tub and beach. Parking is so convenient. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and both beds are VERY comfortable. Only thing that could be updated is the lighting in the master bath (too dim to put on makeup). This room even has three beach chairs and two beach "tables" in a closet to use. We made a great choice when we chose Building 3, #301.

The condo was decorated beautifully and exceeded our expectations for cleanliness. Kitchen was well appointed for a family or anyone interested in staying in to eat. Honestly can’t say anything negative about this property. Staff working front gate and pool area very friendly and attentive. They were also kind enough to give us some suggestions for local restaurants. Great meal at Caruso’s Italian Restaurant and the Grouper sandwich and peel and eat shrimp at Sea Hags were the best by far. If you want a good breakfast that’s not overpriced try La Croisette. Cute little place with good food and service. Definitely looking forward to returning for another vacation. This property is truly a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of all the touristy hotels along Treasure Island.

My family and I have stayed at Lands End for over 20 years and every year is just as wonderful as the next. The only negative is the carpet in 3-301 needs replaced badly and is in very poor condition, beyond being cleaned, especially as this condo is listed as a Premier Condo.

Lovely vacation condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Lands End condos for my daughters senior fall break. Two friends also rented condos at Lands End. This unit (Bldg 3 #301) was the most spacious and well-appointed. The exposure to Blind Pass provided afternoon shade on the balcony. We found everything we needed to comfortably host 3 families during meal times and breaks from the beach. Our condo was the condo the kids preferred to visit likely due to its size and the upscale finishes. The beach was lovely. We sat on the last rocks and drank our coffee while watching dolphins swim by. The water was clear and the temps were perfect at fall break. Our condo also had chairs and beach toys, but we brought our own from Indiana because we weren’t sure what would be in the condo.We enjoyed Walks on the beach and appreciates the safety of being at the very tip of Treasure Island. Publix was just a 5 minute drive away. And we walked to a beachfront restaurant for breakfast one day. If you seek solitude, space and security, Lands End will deliver!It should be noted that the rental company did t prepare us with arrival instructions and what to do if we arrived and no gate guard was present. Multiple times the guard on duty would leave his post at night, grumbling (at one point yelling and cussing) when asked to lift the gate so we could pass through. We also weren’t aware that we couldn’t nearly store our beach chairs and pop up tent in our parking space against a wall out of the way until the guards confiscated our chairs and didn’t notify us. Honestly a perfect vacation was nearly attained if not for the behavior of the security guard.

Waaaaaay too many bugs!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a TON of tiny little black bugs all over in the condo, in piles along the floor boards where the carpet meets the wood. I initially only saw them out in the dining area along the corners, so I thought maybe the people who were there before us left the back door open allowing them to come in. Then I noticed them along both sides of the main hallway, and a lot around the owners closet which is locked. There were also a lot of dead bugs and flies up in the window sills. I was mostly disappointed in the bug situation. I would have appreciated a better clean for my family’s stay. It was also not very kid friendly, as there was a lot of decor around that we had to put up. Otherwise it was a great condo!

Less than expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to no water in the whole apartment. Called the emergency number no one seemed to concerned to come out. Came the next day. Simple fix.. water was shut off. By this time we see a lot of little bugs in the bathrooms. Once we have water we try to have a shower and the water is not draining out of the tub. Inform the office drain gets unplugged bugs get sprayed for and ant traps are placed over the apartment. Then the fridge stops making ice and the bugs do not disappear. We start to see them everywhere. This place is very dirty and old. The carpet is well past needing to be replaced. I would not recommend this unit until it is fumigated and carpets replaced. The office offered us $100 for all of these issues we felt insulted and completely ripped off.

Definitely hate the bar across the Intracoastal Waterway going to "Every night a new band outside".

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry if the live music from across the waterway was any disturbance to you, it will definitely be heard from the Bay side buildings, however, the beach side does not experience this should you want to avoid that at all. 2018 fishing trip

Construction noise (core drilling) Thurs and Saturday (no napping) but knew it going in. Watching beach and waterway fun. Will reserve this unit again if possible.

A PLACE WE COULD CALL HOME

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resort Rentals and Lands End staff were excellent.The kitchen,bathrooms,bedrooms and furniture were beautiful, but the hallways were very dark need new lighting and lighter paint on all walls.the old dirty carpets needed to be removwd and replaced with tiles or lamenent. The TV was old,small and picture very poor.GLASS BAR of no use, needed to be removed , push back couches and put a larger TV in corner with a remote that has a HD guide,We love the location and were there for SIX WEEKS planning to come back but would love to walk in and be able to say { THIS IS BEAUTIFUL}hopefully more updates can be done and next year i could give it five stars all the way.We have been comming to this area for 35 years and our first time in this resort and loved it.thank you to everyone at LANDS END AND RESORT RENTALS

Another great vacation at Lands End

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the forth time my family has stayed at Lands End, the third at this particular condo. Overall it was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees swimming by the balcony. Other then a few minor hiccups with the condo which were promptly addressed by the rental agency it was another perfect stay. See you next year...

good but changing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lands End is a nice place to stay. The condo was showing some wear in the furniture and carpeting. The biggest disappointment was the bay side beach below us. I got to watch everyone walk their dogs and let them do their business where I like to fish. Then the local boats would stop and I got to watch people partying heavily and some were even having sex right below my condo. Not very good for my children to see. I guess I will have to change condos the next time.
