Su privilegiada ubicación te coloca a tan solo unos pasos del famoso malecón costero y los muelles para zarpar a descubrir las bellezas naturales que ofrece el Mar de Cortés. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para hacer de tu estancia un verdadero placer. Sumérgete en las maravillosas vistas del atardecer desde la alberca del roof top.
Ocean Breeze es un departamento de alto nivel de 100 m2, incluyendo una terraza con deck de madera exterior con acceso desde la sala y acceso privado desde la recámara principal. El departamento se encuentra finamente amueblado y decorado, y totalmente equipado.
Sus dos recamaras cuentan con cama queen size , tv, y aire acondicionado. La recamara principal cuenta con walking closet y el mueble de baño de dos lavabos. La recamara secundaria tiene enseguida un baño completo con un solo lavabo. Los dos closets son bastante amplios.
La cocina es integral y bastante amplia, cuenta con gran cantidad de aditamentos para facilitar y amenizar la estancia de los huéspedes, desde los utensilios más básicos, hasta un kit para preparar tragos, un especiero giratorio con gran diversidad de especies, prensa francesa, cafetera de cápsulas, etc.
El comedor para 6 personas esta fabricado elegantemente de madera solida, la sala es sumamente cómoda con un amplio y alto sofa.
La terraza cuenta con un sofa y dos sillas de exterior.
El área común de la torre incluye un Rooftop con alberca, desde donde se disfrutan una vistas espectaculares de la bahía. En el Rooftop también se encuentra un pequeño pero completo gimnasio, baños completos, una pergola con asados, y camastros, y hamacas.
El condominio cuenta con 1 lugar de estacionamiento para carro compacto.
Se encuentra a pocos metros del mar y a tan solo una cuadra del famoso Malecón costero. En un área bastante céntrica desde donde a pie o en bicicleta de puede llegar fácilmente a cafes, restaurantes, y las marinas desde donde salir a explorar en barco las bellezas naturales del Mar de Cortés.
Los huéspedes tienen acceso privado al condominio, y acceso compartido al Rooftop.
Los huéspedes podrán estar en contacto directamente conmigo por airbnb chat, por teléfono, o en persona en caso de requerirlo. En la misma torre podrán establecer contacto también con la gerente operativa Porto Vacance y el personal de recepción de Laiva de para cualquier recomendación de tours o restaurantes, así como cualquier tipo de asistencia que requieran durante su hospedaje.
El vecindario es muy agradable, justo enfrente de la torre se encuentra la ciclovía a través de al cual o a pie se llega al malecón. A una cuadra podrán encontrar un lindo café llamada Baja Beans, que también ofrece desayunos. A tan solo dos cuadras el Restaurante de Mariscos El Anzuelo. El barrio tranquilo.
ROOFTOP
GENERAL
Hours of use: from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for properly identified assistance animals.
Exclusivity: Use and enjoyment is exclusive to residents, authorized guests, and guests.

Eating while submerged in the pool is prohibited. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Minors who have not yet mastered their sphincters must wear special swimming diapers.
Use of accessories and floats: The use of floats and small water toys is permitted, as long as they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other users.
GYM
Access: The gym is for the exclusive use of people over 18 years of age.
Clothing and personal equipment: It is mandatory to wear appropriate sports clothing and closed sports shoes. Each user must bring and use their own personal towel for hygiene and protection of the equipment. It is prohibited to enter barefoot, with sandals or inappropriate footwear.
Hygiene and cleaning: All equipment must be cleaned after use using the products available in the gym. Keep the area tidy, returning the equipment and accessories to their place after use.
Use of the facilities: Use the machines and equipment correctly following the instructions and recommendations to avoid accidents. Maintain a reasonable time of use on each machine, especially during times of high demand. Do not alter or attempt to repair the equipment. Report any damage, malfunction or need for maintenance to the management.
Conduct: Keep a moderate volume on your headphones so as not to disturb other users. Avoid shouting, throwing weights or doing activities that may put the safety of others at risk.
