Cette unité récemment rénovée comprend une nouvelle cuisine équipée d'armoires en cerisier, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et des comptoirs en granit; deux nouvelles salles de bain; nouveaux meubles; et deux écrans plats LED - 42 "dans le salon et 24" dans la suite principale.

La cuisine est équipée de toutes les casseroles, poêles et plats dont vous avez besoin pour servir un grand groupe. Un grand garde-manger vous permet de stocker vos provisions. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon, séparée par un bar à quatre places et une table pouvant accueillir huit personnes confortablement.

Le salon est très confortable avec de nombreux sièges pour votre groupe. Des jeux, des casse-tête et des livres sont à votre disposition, ainsi que divers DVD et cassettes VHS. Profitez du lecteur de musique iTunes et de notre cheminée à bois - nous fournissons le bois de chauffage. La vue depuis le balcon est incroyable et peut être appréciée depuis le salon, la cuisine et deux des chambres. Admirez la vallée de Washington Gulch et le mont. Zone de base de la crête de butte. Par beau temps, vous voudrez vous asseoir sur le balcon pour prendre un café ou un cocktail après le ski.

Le condo peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes avec un roi dans le maître (avec une salle de bain privée), un roi dans la deuxième chambre et un lit queen et un lit superposé dans la troisième chambre. Les deux salles de bains ont un combo douche / baignoire avec beaucoup de comptoir et tiroirs. Cette configuration est idéale pour une grande famille ou deux couples et plusieurs enfants.

L'entrée du bâtiment Paradise est située au troisième étage. Un escalier descend pour accéder à la P-203.

Votre condo est près de l'ascenseur du mur ouest. Une courte promenade à la fin du parking, skis aux pieds, et vous êtes sur les pistes!

Les équipements complexes complèteront assurément votre expérience. Le bureau et le personnel sur place facilitent l’enregistrement / le départ et répondent aux questions qui pourraient survenir pendant votre séjour. Les services de ménage sont fournis pour tous les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. San Moritz a son propre service de navette privé qui est gratuit avec votre s��jour. La navette circule tous les jours pendant la saison de ski à partir de 8h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. En été, la navette circule le week-end à partir de 4h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. Ils iront même chercher et déposer juste devant votre appartement! En hiver, vous pourrez également vous détendre dans le bain à remous intérieur. Le sauna est ouvert toute l'année. Pour plus de commodité, chaque bâtiment dispose de 2 laveuses et sécheuses à l'usage des clients. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable!

We love CB

Great unit that fit us just perfectly. Location is great but parking by the condo is tough. Not easy to drive to it in the snow and not enough spaces for all the vehicles. But we would stay there again.

Spring Break Family of 5 ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome condo - great amenities, very well furnished, the place is in great shape, extremely clean, 10 out of 10 for the condo unit. I will definitely rent again. The only critique is for the San Moritz management regarding parking lot clearing...The week we were there temps were in the high teens - low 30s and no snow. Unfortunately the parking lot was a mess to actually pull into a space. The drives up to the lots were fine/cleared, but the parking lot spaces were atrocious. Definitely need better care in keeping lot cleared of melting/refreezing snow. The lot was finally cleared the second to last day of our stay which was appreciated.

Even easier to ski back in the afternoon. There is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up at you condo and bring you down to the resort, or downtown CB. (and back)

Nice condo with great mountain access

We had a great experience! The condo was very well stocked, cozy and comfortable, and could hardly have had better mountain access - 2 minute walk to skiing. Plenty of parking, hot tub was great, the shuttle service was very handy, and management was very kind and responsive. I recommend it!

Christmas Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed about 4 days the week of Christmas. 6 Adults and 1 child. The facility fit us perfect! My concern was in finding the kitchenware adequate for fixing Christmas dinner. Plenty of dishware and utensils were found. What was not found would be things such as plastic wrap or foil, napkins, storage bags, and trash bags. Family was a bit frustrated with the limited supply and quality of soap and bathroom/kitchen paper supply. Trash pick up the following Monday morning took place earlier than 10:00 promised and the dumpster at the end of the condo block that we took our own trash to was full to the brim and over flowing.Those of us that skied learned that you are able to get on to the nearby ski area only if you have your own equipment and ski pass, otherwise you will be driving over to the base to get set up. Those of us that did not ski were disappointed the advertised dog sledding and horse carriage rides that did not exist in CB. This is not a condo error.People should be provided a map for the complexes before they arrive rather than in their key packet. A family member was lost trying to find the condo rented. Also, people should know that there may be a walk from their parking spot to the front door and a walk down a flight of stairs as there is no elevator. The property management contacted ahead and had everything prepare for our arrival. I would stay here again.

Wonderful property and property managers

We enjoyed this condo very much. We were looking for ski in/ski out and chose this condo for that reason. The ski in is a little more difficult for amateur skiers, but it can be done with a little extra work! The condo was very nice and very well stocked with everything we would need. The property management was very helpful with a lot of communication through the entire process. We did have an issue with our rental car because it was not a 4 wheel drive. We got stuck trying to get up to the office. But, the office staff did everything possible to get us out. Jennifer even gave me the shovel out of her car. She was able to get one of their employees to pull us enough to get out of the situation. Everything about our stay was great! They provide firewood for the fireplace and you are able to reserve a time in the hot tub. We enjoyed everything about our stay in the condo.

Incredible location. Great property.

We love staying on this side of the mountain. Property is a bit old but very clean and updated. Family of 5 was there with beds to spare. We will try to book this unit again next year. Property management is great.

Excellent condo with the necessities, amenities, ski in and ski out!

Owner has done very nice work inside and is very well supplied for cooking, games, sleeping, etc. We own a Tahoe second home and it was nice to stay at someone's property who cares -- thank you!

Lovely Accommodations

This unit provided plenty of space, seating and sleeping accommodations for 5 adults and 1 child. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils that made cooking in a pleasure! The only downside was that ski in was not quite as easy as ski out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location for ski in ski out. Easy check in, responsive manager. Only thing I wish it had was a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a community one on the first floor.

New Years 2018

Due to lack of snow was not really ski in ski out and unless located on end toward base I do not know if you could ever really call it that. Overall we had a great time. Unit could have used a place to store skis and ski boots etc.
