A hidden gem amongst the trees! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only complaint is about the traditional spring/coil mattress on a platform bed. While the bed was comfortable, it would have been safer on the floor. Hopefully the property owners will address the issue. Otherwise, great place! If you stay here, make sure to factor Campground Grill into your plans - best chicken and potatoes, fried pickles, okra....it's ALL good and right down the road! Grab a bunch of their food to enjoy poolside in the fantastic back yard!

Great place to stay! The breakfast items stocked in the fridge was a welcome and thoughtful addition! Needs a few lightbulbs replaced, but still a five star accommodation!

Check in was easy. We arrived late in the evening & had a little trouble finding the driveway due to poor street lighting. The frame of both beds in the master suites need replaced, the slats at the head are broken and the mattresses are falling through. The picture of the room with twin beds is misleading. There are 2 twin toddler beds, low to the ground & the mattresses are very thin. Nothing an adult could sleep on comfortably. The pool was not maintained & unusable for our stay. Most of the dishes and utensils were dirty. Not just dried on from a dishwasher, actually put away used & not cleaned. We had to clean everything before we used them. There was no book of instructions on what to do when we left, or where anything was, like most places. We ran the dishwasher & took the trash to the can at the curb. I feel like we did more leaving than the host did to prepare for our arrival.

Nice clean stay

My friends and I enjoyed the pool and was surprised about some things the property had to offer. Best place to stay compared to most places. Just need to update photos to get better sight of backyard area.

We rented this spacious home for family use for our daughter’s wedding. It is roomy enough for everyone to have their space, and prepare for the wedding with three bathrooms!Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for meal prep. There were a lot of items in the refrigerator which we had not experienced at other VRBO’s. The hosts were wonderful when we had trouble getting the Wi-Fi to link for the TV’s that are in every area. The outdoor space would have been utilized more but had not really been tidied up for use yet as it is March. Looks like it would be an ideal summer rental with the beautiful pool area.Communication with hosts was great for easy check in and instructions for check out.Will definitely use this property again when in the Little Rock area.

Very spacious. Secluded a real gem. Hosts were gracious and everything went very smooth. We will stay again. There were several people that visited to swim and they are interested in renting the place as well. We will definitely stay again.

A couple days before the trip we were informed there was no Wi-Fi in the home. Being that it was so close to the trip date, we couldn't change our reservation. When we arrived at the home, it smelled like smoke throughout the house. The TV's didn't get any reception and the cell service in that area is poor. So I had to go outside to get any kind of cell signal. Would not stay here again.

Hidden Gem

This was a great house. Don't let the outside fool you. It has plenty of parking, has great decor, secluded, clean. has a great patio and yard area and very spacious inside. We are a family of 6 and everyone had their own space. It is a great place for family and friends gathering. We plan on going back in the near future. The host is a great communicator.

My daughter wanted to swim and be around family and friends for her 22nd birthday. This house was amazing and well stocked in all areas. Especially the kitchen. The pool was great, loved the outdoor bathroom and the covered porch was also nice to escape the sun. Plenty of seating inside and out. Outdoor lights and karaoke machine were a nice touch. Did note the barbecue grill so i can cook there next visit..They thought of everything. We loved our stay so much we want to go back asap! Also great communication and easy check in instructions. Thank you for sharing your property

I would like to start off by saying the house was filthy. I spent 2 hours cleaning the house after driving 28 hours. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the fridge and freezer, floors and bathroom. The fridge and freezer were covered in a sticky substance very dirty, was unable to use the dishwasher because it was covered in mold. The oven had a pool of grease on the bottom and racks were covered in old burned food and did not work. Think it might be out of propane. The guest bathroom bathmat had dirty footprints on it, the bathroom in the guest bedroom had mold all on the bottom of the shower and as well as the drain and the back splash in that bathroom kept falling off. There was a pair of someone's dirty shoes left on one of the bar stools and a dirty cup on the chair in the corner also the couch had a piece of board that was broken, sticking out with a nail on it. The pool was green and we were informed only 2 hours before our arrival that it was not swimmable. They did finally have someone come clean it on Tuesday evening and the pool lady told us to shock it and add clarifier which we purchased on our own expensive to clean pool. We were able to finally use the pool on Wed and Thurs. It was the reason we rented the house. Great house but poor management.
