Bay Front with Boat Slip & Pet Friendly! Stunning sunset views!
Bay Front with a Boat Slip! This 4 bedroom pet friendly bayfront home has multiple decks with plenty of outdoor seating and open space to take advantage of being directly on the bay. The boat slip has a 20 foot allowance maximum. There is a garage on the ground floor, the first level is the living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is one bedroom on this level as well. A spacious deck is off the living area with stunning bay views and access to the lower level deck with bay access. The top level has three more bedrooms- one with a bunk bed, one with a Pyramid bunk bed, and the last with a King bed and deck access. In addition to having bay access, amazing sunsets, you are only a short walk to downtown where there are many restaurants, shops, the promenade, and beach! Fantastic location! Fantastic views! Pet Friendly!
