Gated Community Security: The community is protected by 24-hour security for your peace of mind.
Pre-Arrival ID Requirement: For your initial entry into the community, we are required to provide security with a photo of the photo page of your passport. Please send this to us as soon as possible after booking to avoid any delays.
Rental Agreement: Prior to your arrival, you will be required to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions. This will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property, which includes:
The main house (upper level).
The separate lower-level guest suite with its own private entrance.
Two separate driveways with ample, secure parking for up to four cars.

Welcome to Casa BHappy, your beautiful and stately home away from home, nestled on 3/4 acres of lush land in Tronadora. This serene retreat is perfect for groups of up to 8 guests.

The main open-plan living space features high ceilings, creating a grand, airy atmosphere with spectacular views of Lake Arenal and the Arenal Volcano from expansive windows and patios. The home’s unique two-unit design is ideal for multi-generational families seeking both togetherness and privacy.

Bed Configuration:
Main House (Upper Level): Features a master suite with a King-size bed and a modern ensuite bathroom. A loft overlooking the main floor offers a cozy reclining sofa, a dedicated desk space for remote work, a Queen-size bed, and a pull-out Queen-size trundle.
Guest Suite (Lower Level): A separate walkout suite with its own entrance and driveway. This full guest apartment includes a King-size bed, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom.

A vehicle is recommended should you decide to visit us. However, we have had guests who came without one, and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste. Here, you can find everything you need, including a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, two restaurants, and a bar for those looking for nightlife.

It is an easy 1.5-hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If you arrive in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight, we recommend staying near the airport and getting a fresh start in the morning. Most roads are paved but not well-marked, with many twists and turns.
