☆ HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB ☆
We just wanna let you know that there is a fee of $60 per night for the entire length of stay to heat the pool as well as the Hot Tub. Also, we needed a 48 hour advanced notice prior to prepare everything for your stay.

☆ THERMOSTAT ☆
Keep it cozy! Each floor has thermostat, please set up to no lower than 65 when you're here, and when you leave, turn it up to 75. Thanks for helping us keep the vibes warm and welcoming!

☆ PARKING ☆
There is available 2 car slot in Garage, 4 car slot in Driveway, NO Parking on the street, also please note that community parking spot across the street is first come first serve basis.

☆ NO PETS ☆
We strictly do not allow pets on the premises as of the moment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
