Old property, broken furniture, cockroaches everywhere, dead ones in the refrigerator and left over food. Made several attempts to contact the host and property manager, no response at all from them!! Total rip off I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Horrible!!!!
Booked for an overnight, tonight actually. Sent 3 messages with no response. Arrived and our room code was wrong, actually worked for the adjoining room, room 4, which was what we booked (as described on VRBO) but they sent us a confirmation for room 3. After applying basic logic to the room codes we got into both room 4 (which had two beds that were already slept in and not made) and also room 3 which wasnât our room at all. We sent another note to owners trying to get some idea of what we should do as this was clearly a potentially unsafe situation. No answer still even as I write this at 10:11 on the night of our âstayâ from a Marriott we ended up booking instead (due to obvious safety concerns). It is a bummer because the owners clearly put some thought into the units but the lack of any communication coupled with what I described above more than offset any of it. Iâm at a loss on what to do at this point and am afraid I may need to eat the cost of this nightmare scenario. We have stayed at several VRBOs and this was our first that was an absolute swing and a miss.
