The Space:
Welcome to Summer Sunset! This 5 bedroom home is nestled on the Branson's hillside of Chateau Mountain overlooking Table Rock Lake! With parking directly in front and NO STEPS to access, this home is perfect if you have someone in your group that is not good with stairs. Gather together in the main living room and sink right into one of the leather chairs or play some games around the large dining table. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with the pots, pans, small kitchen appliances, and other cooking utensils that you would need to cook up your favorites! The main floor also has Bedroom 1, just inside the front door and boasts of a king bed as well a private bathroom!

Head downstairs to Bedroom 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 is an oversized room with a queen bed as well a twin bed, and it's own bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has its own bathroom and features a king size bed for an extra comfortable night's sleep! Those who stay in Bedroom 3 have easy access to the hot tub with access right out the sliding back door. Soak in the hot tub after a day full of Branson adventures and soak in that gorgeous view of the lake!

Back upstairs to the top level are Bedrooms 4 and 5. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with lots of extra room and Bedroom 5 features two twins, both sharing a hallway bathroom in between.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just down the street including an INDOOR POOL (open year round), an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally), and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!

The Neighborhood:
CHATEAU MOUNTAIN is a wonderful vacation neighborhood in Branson and it will not disappoint! It sits on the hillside overlooking the water and the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE will have you falling in love with the location! Not only are the views fantastic but the neighborhood amenities are second to none and are just down the street! The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! Your little ones will also have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT! Last but not least, the newest craze around, PICKLEBALL is also available and is ready for games to be had by your whole crew!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 11 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

More options of fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
