A-frame Alpenglow: Une escapade en montagne majestueuse.

Venez profiter de McCall dans notre Alpenglow A-Frame par excellence!

Notre maison de montagne est située sur 40 acres à la lisière des bois, mais à quelques minutes seulement de la ville.

Il y a un accès direct au réseau de sentiers Bear Basin et à la forêt nationale Payette, offrant d'incroyables possibilités de faire du vélo de montagne, du ski de fond, de la raquette, de la marche et de l'exploration! La faune abonde.

Le A-frame a une grande cuisine ouverte avec tous les appareils et ustensiles pour créer un festin.

Les salles de bains sont chacune une œuvre d'art, nous espérons que vous apprécierez la baignoire sur pattes! Les draps sont tous de qualité supérieure, ou bien sûr.
Nous avons beaucoup de livres et de jeux, Wi-Fi, télévision avec Netflix, et il y a un poêle à bois pour se réchauffer en hiver. Ensuite, il y a la vue! Ce qui peut être apprécié depuis le pont avant dans le soleil du matin, et le pont arrière dans l'ombre de l'après-midi. Vous serez étonné de voir combien de temps peut passer ici, alors que vous êtes assis et que vous regardez le monde passer. C'est un bel endroit pour se détendre, se ressourcer et passer du bon temps avec ses amis et sa famille. Le pouvoir de guérison et le calme paisible des montagnes sont à portée de main.

Nous sommes animaux de compagnie et accueillons votre meilleur ami à notre paradis pour chiens. Ils vont l'adorer ici!

Perfect quiet cabin in the woods

Amazing cabin tucked in the woods but still bikeable distance to downtown McCall. Very well built and cute cabin. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back again!

Such a cool house. Loved the tile work in the bathrooms. House is nicely located, close to town, close to north beach. Nice views from the deck. We had a great time!

Great place!

My family & 2 dogs had a great weekend stay at this cute house! The views are amazing and it was very comfortable home! I’d definitely stay again! Driveway was steep but not a problem in spring time.

Alpine Visit

This is a very fine property and very comfortable. The house was very clean and quiet, with a great fine view of the lake and the mountains to the east. It's located far enough off Warren Wagon Road that I did not notice any traffic noise at all. The owners clearly care about the place, and it shows.

Great place to stay

The house had everything you needed. Set up very well. The views from deck are wonderful and the ability to walk out behind the house to the bike/hiking trail system was what made this house perfect for us. The location was convenient to town and was very quiet and peaceful once you got to the house

Amazing

Amazing getaway. Awesome views in the morning/dusk. Close enough to town but far enough away to relax and enjoy it. We were there for a softball tournament and asked for a late checkout and very understanding. Would definitely stay here again

House was clean and well taken care of. Will be back soon. One thing to note in the winter, the driveway is steep. So make sure you have 4wd and chains.

McCall A-frame

This was a perfect way to spend our daughter's 29th birthday. The a-frame is charming, colorful, very roomy and has a wonderful view of the lake! It couldn't have been better!

Amazing winter wonderland & retreat

It truly was a winter wonderland! We loved the stocked fireplace, cleanliness, 360 views/trees and privacy. The design of the A-frame is so well thought out. Amazing place to stay. Beautiful plants & color! We hope to come again. The snowy & icy driveway provided a lot of fun memories! 4WD/AWD and chains during wintry weather would have helped us make it all the way up 100% of the time. ;-).

Perfect weekend getaway!

We have been to McCall a couple of times, but always stayed in hotels. We came with another family and between the two of us, we had 4 dogs. The owners were gracious enough to allow us to bring all of our pets. The home is beautiful with a majestic view of the lake. Finding our way to the home was difficult to navigate in the dark, but we managed to make it. The beds are VERY firm. You may want to bring a foam pad or some kind of cushion if you desire a more soft sleep. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book again at this home.

Stunning views

We loved the large space and stunning views with balconies everywhere! Our pups enjoyed the treats and dog bed. I loved having sharp Henckel knives to use! We enjoyed playing games each night after a day of working out. My son and I ran on the bear basin trails, then we ran the Jug Mountain 10k, then we drove to New Meadows-and biked 45 miles to Cambridge, then the last day we Biked the canyon between Midvale and Weiser. A very active vacation, made better by returning back to your comfy cabin. My husband enjoyed running along Lake Payette each day for his exercise. Pups were just happy to hang with us. So, thank you for helping us create lovely memories of McCall! Cheers

Great cozy A-frame cabin with great view and plenty of room

I loved this location. We went in March 2023 and there was a lot of snow. The narrow road up the hill to the cabin was plowed. A bit of a challenge for my long wheelbase truck, but totally doable. The last hairpin turn going up required a few back and forth's to make the turn due to the steep snow banks on the sides of the road. Actually made it more adventurous, which I certainly like. We were there for skiing and access to both Tamarack and Brundage were great. Short, easy access to McCall too. Our host was great and even offered a late check-out, which ended up helping our logistics in the end. We arrived at the cabin after dark, but following the hosts detailed directions is definitely the way to get there as Google is a bit off as the host mentioned.

Beautiful and unique cabin

What a gem this place is. From the cleanliness to the design and the uniqueness. Quality kitchenware and appliances. Super comfy beds and bedding. Great water pressure! Adorable little welcome for my dog with bowls and bones and poop bags. And great manager responsiveness. 5 stars!!

Rafting, skiing, hiking, hot springs and time spent traveling with our dogs are some of the many things we enjoy in our life and want to bring to others by creating spaces for that to happen. We take pride in knowing our guests will feel special and enjoy the hidden treats of art, luxury and atmosphere and have everything they need to simply create wonderful memories during their stay- no stress.
Doug is a talented carpenter/ contractor and Gabriela has a knack for quality design and workmanship. Together, and with their own hands, they have worked to create a uniqueness that can be recognized appreciated in all of our units all of which have become the Harper Housing company.
AplenGlow is our one short term rental unit in McCall. We also provide long term rentals for local families as we understand the need for housing in McCall is high. We invite you to check out our other vacation rentals in Ketchum, Boise, French Creek (Riggins area).
