Spacious 4-bedroom home in Puerto Vallarta with Pool, Rooftop Terrace and Views

Nestled in the lush hillsides of Puerto Vallarta, only a few blocks from downtown. This enchanting property features breathtaking views of The Bay of Banderas and the surrounding Sierra Madre Mountains. Guests can enjoy privacy with 3 individual units, each with a King bed, full bath and kitchenettes. Perfect for a group getaway where guests can retreat to their private quarters or gather at the pool, palapa bar or rooftop. An additional bedroom & bathroom adjacent to the pool area adds extra space or provides a bathroom and beverage fridge to the pool and palapa bar. Each unit / bedroom has its own private-attached full bath. The rooftop terrace provides a gathering place for morning yoga, breakfast, coffee and then again for happy hour, watch the sunset and grilling an amazing dinner. The kitchen is fully outfitted to prepare meals for entire groups.
Expect gentle ocean/mountain breezes, chirping birds, and an authentic Mexican neighborhood feel all within a short walk of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Stroll the world-famous ocean side Malecon, the trendy Romantic Zone and the beautiful Rio Cuale area all nearby. World class dining, shopping and entertainment are all at your fingertips.
Being situated on the hillside allows for privacy, gardens and some of the BEST views in all of Puerto Vallarta and no traffic noise. However, getting to the property requires walking up Arroyo del Pedregoso and several stairs to reach the first level so this property may not be suitable for young children and people with mobility or health issues. We are one of the few properties with private parking and/or a taxi turnaround.
Units can also be rented individually on different platforms. In that case, the rooftop is not included.

Beautiful Home with ocean view and great amenities

Casa Bella Vista is beautiful, the rooftop kitchen has unparalleled sunset view and night view over the ocean. Each room we stayed in has its own kitchen, bedroom, living room area and bathroom, and theres a half bath on the rooftop, so we have lots of privacy even tho we traveled in a big group. Everything was so ready for us, we received plenty of communication prior to our check in, and Gia gave us plenty of

Large, beautiful property overseeing ocean

Property is beautiful. Classic multi level compound with several villas pool deck and rooftop. Kitchenettes and bathrooms in every room and rooftop, fully stocked. Clean. Sweeping views of Centro and Romantic Zone PV and ocean from rooftop. Property management is extremely friendly and responsive. There’s no elevator and it’s on top of a narrow hilly street that most cars can’t go up (just 1 street), so keep in mind if you are elderly or handicapped. Otherwise this is a property that can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Spectacular setting & view; free workout!

You will increase the size of your calves by 50% by staying at the wonderful property. It's a workout to get to it and - with 5 levels, if renting the entire property - you spend most of your day climbing or descending the stairs. Don't be deterred though! The quality of the experience is excellent: comfortable, spacious rooms, delicious, heated plunge pool, and the piece-de-resistance is the roof-top super-well-equipped kitchen/dining room with terrace overlooking the bay, where we saw fireworks, bats, the moon, and sunsets galore. Located uphill from Malecon in a quirky and funky neighborhood adjacent to the Arts District; we discovered great eateries and shops off the beaten track. We did have some communications challenges with the local property manager (2 days to get replies), but that was minor compared to the wonderful time we had. The owner is particularly friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Recommended.

In 2009 we wanted to have a family adventure, before the kids were older and busy in school and activities. We decided to spend a month in Mexico. We found Rick & Cheryl’s house, up on the hill above the Malecon in Old Town Puerto Vallarta, on Calle Corona. We loved it, the neighborhood, walking distance to everything in old town, the malecon and the beach, but far enough away from the traffic and noise to feel residential and homey. I thought, someday, I want to have a home in this exact neighborhood. We kept returning to PV for family vacations as well as other destinations to Mexico. Fast forward to 2021 and the upheaval of COVID on our lives and it felt the right time to go to school and work remotely, so we again chose Puerto Vallarta. That time in PV solidified our connection to this place and the friends we have made. We are grateful that Lynne’s Casa Bella Vista was listed for sale. It’s the perfect fit, the kids are older and off to college and beyond. We look forward to sharing our home and the genuine warmth of our neighbors and friends in Puerto Vallarta. Salud!

Proximity to downtown yet nestled on the hillside with a mountain breeze, birds, iguanas and authentic nieghborhood. Having a pool and parking is also rare in this narrow cobblesone paved area.
