7. No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana/Cannabis:
Strictly prohibited inside and outside. $1,000 fine plus remediation costs for violations.
8. Maintenance:
Snow clearance and lawn cutting might be done without notice at the discretion of the landscaping company.
9. Damage Deposit: Up to $300.
10. Long Stays:
Guests staying 7 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
11. Respect the Property:
Please leave the home in the same tidy condition as upon arrival.
