The bedrooms are serene retreats, offering a plush queen-sized beds, Smart TVs, Black-out curtains, ample storage, and soft linens to ensure restful nights. The bathrooms are equally well-appointed, with fresh towels, toiletries, a spacious shower and a large soaking tubs.

Our apartment homes are equipped with a smart lock, doorbell camera and an in unit security system. Lease terms are 14 days or more with a 14 day required notice to vacate policy. Pets must be approved in advance and a $300 non-refundable pet deposit will be due at lease signing. Our apartments and the premises is non-smoking and there is absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the porch balcony. The facility will issue a fine for smoking in unauthorized areas. Tenants will be issued a FOB to access amenities on the premises. Tenants are responsible for the replacement of any lost FOBs or keys. All Tenants will be asked to complete a background and credit check to verify identity.

Guest will have access to rent the full apartment or partner with a roommate to rent by the room. Rent by the room must be approved and worked out in advance of stay.

I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app or through text. Guest can always reach us via one of these methods.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to finalize your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware that you are booking a stay at an independent property. There are no onsite check-in assistance or concierge services.

All amenities and supplies are provided in the apartment. We provide some complimentary items for your convenience but, any additional needed items will have to be purchased by the guest.

Property will not be cleaned during stays shorter than 30 days. Mid-term stays may request a cleaning during stay for an additional fee.
No smoking in the property or on the premises. No large gatherings or events allowed.
