Pelican Beach Resort 1505 is a newly renovated 1-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests

The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal.

Sleeping arrangements include 1 king in bedroom, 2 hallway bunks, and 1 queen pullout in the living room.

24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun.

Also, since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use and they are found in the owner's closet if you don't want to rent.

I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

There are EV chargers available in the parking lot.

We have multiple units at Pelican Beach Resort that are located steps from each other to accommodate bigger parties, based on availability. If this unit does not have the availability you are looking for, please contact me for additional availability at any of our other completely renovated Pelican units.
