Enjoy a comfortable stay in a roomy downtown condo by the Bow River, just a short walk from the Saddledome and minutes from the Calgary Stampede. With new ductless A/C and complimentary heated underground parking, this home is perfectly set up for families, groups, or longer stays.

This spacious condo comfortably sleeps six guests with two private bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Fresh hotel-quality linens, a well-designed layout, and thoughtful touches make it easy to settle in and relax.

Guests enjoy new ductless air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a 55” Smart TV for streaming. An assigned heated underground parking stall is included, along with easy access to nearby river pathways and green spaces.

The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and the in-suite washer and dryer come stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Soft towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. A pack n play travel crib is included in the unit.

Spent the weekend there with our kids and grandkids. It’s close to the zoo in a Spark center, which is where we spent our weekend. The place is very nice. There is a little bit of an issue around the neighborhood with homeless people but that’s just the way it is now it seems.

This was a great place to stay! Easily walkable to the Saddledome and downtown. A well stocked kitchen for cooking/eating-in and the host was very kind and communicative.

We booked this little unit last minute but was in a really convenient location, neat, tidy and really well taken care of.Will definitely be back in the future if we can.Everything was smooth from start to finish!Also, note that if you drive a truck, you won’t fit in the underground parking lol

Great location close to the saddledome and walking distance to shops, cafes and bars. The check-in process is a bit convoluted with having to street park, grab the garage fob from the room, and go back down to park the car (but not sure if it's possible to improve this). Also, garage clearance is 6ft, our F150 did not clear and we had to street park. Just things to be aware of but otherwise amazing stay and great place!

We had an excellent 2-night stay. There were 5 of us and the unit was more than enough to accommodate us all. It was clean, modern and well maintained. Communication with the host was easy and replies right away. The location was excellent, minutes away from restaurants. Having that parking space is a big plus for us that we just walked to get food and not worry about paying for downtown parking. Overall, we highly recommend this place.
