Great location

We had a great stay! The condo is very nice and updated. The kitchen is well supplied, and I was easily able to cook meals for my family during our stay. The other guests and property manager were all very kind. It has beautiful beachfront and a nice pool. We would love to stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and had a workable kitchen plus other amenities. The view and accessiblity to the beach were exceptional. Having both the pool and ocean to play in provided hours of entertainment for our family.

Awesome View

5th floor condo overlooking the ocean. While there were temporary supports In place on the wrap around balcony they did not affect the use of the balcony or the view. Clean, updated and a great location. We will definitely be back.

NSB Must Stay

We don’t live far from NSB so having a place that’s fully equipped and ready for visitors, makes it easy for us to plan quick weekend getaways and this place will be our NSB stay. Nicely renovated with beautiful finishes and comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, drinking & eating. Even though we brought our own beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels etc, they did provide a whole closet full if beach supplies and gear. Easy access to the beach and the pool. We met a few other condo owners who were very friendly and welcoming.

Great Location and Amenities

Wonderful location- Beautiful beach and clean pool steps away with special plus of beach chairs/umbrella/cooler. Condo space was perfect and comfortable, with attention to detail especially with kitchen supplies and fantastic appliances. We saw dolphins almost every day and enjoyed beautiful sunrises! Followed the local FloridaVacay restaurant suggestions and ate at The Garlic and JB's Fish Camp- Amazing! Only concern for our stay was cleaning service/experience- could not offer this property a perfect rating because of it not being 100% clean upon arrival.

When you expressed your cleaning concerns we had our housekeeping manager over right away to resolve the issue brought up. Sunrises, Sunrises, Sunrises - and can't get closer to the ocean!

We were here for a 5-weeks stay. The condo is right on the beach and the view from 5th floor is wonderful. (There are some temporary structural supports that now affect the clear view and the outside appearance of the building --- disappointing, but not anything the owner or management company could control. We had several quick and relatively minor disruptions from engineers and the building manager, but everyone was attentive and nice.) The management company was easy to work with and their staff members are uniformly pleasant and helpful. We encountered several issues that were, for the most part, resolved eventually while we were there. The beds are comfortable and supportive. The kitchen is updated; bathrooms are not and could definitely use a renovation, but this was not a big deal to us. There were plenty of towels as well as beach supplies. Lots of nice closet space. In short, there was a lot to love here. The living area is not particularly comfortable, at least for seniors or longer stays. We wished for comfortable, supportive seating and better lighting. Aside from rather heavy, decorative comforters that serve as bedspreads, there are only top sheets to sleep under on the beds. (We went to Walmart and purchased lightweight blankets for all 3 beds for our use while there.) The flat screen TV in the living area is not a smart TV, so watching Netflix or Prime video required connecting our laptops with an HDMI cable we happened to have with us. (There is a very nice new large smart TV in the master bedroom, but we didn't wish to have to go to the bedroom to watch a movie.) Again, these things may not matter for short-term stays but did matter to us. We loved New Smyrna Beach and this no-drive section beach, having stayed on the drive section in the past. We took regular long walks on the beach each day and I collected a lot of wonderful shells. We also saw 3 rocket launches from the beach and 2 gorgeous full moons from our balcony. The pool was clean and heated and we used the gas grill several times.

Property was very clean and all we needed was our suitcases. Only concern was the pipes on the balconies. We were told they was going to be some renovations in the future but no one knew when. We would definitely return.

Comfortable stay, wish we had known about balcony supports

The condo has been updated and was lovely. Clean, comfortable, good location. My downgraded rating is due to unexpected temporary supports on the balcony. It appears that every balcony from level 6 down has numerous supports disrupting the view, but more importantly, creating questions about structural integrity. My balcony on a 2 bedroom unit had 9 supports as did most others. I would have appreciated advance knowledge with confirmation of structural safety.

Amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The place was decorated beautifully and it was very warm and inviting. I particularly love the painting in the guest bathroom. The swimming pool was fantastic and it was just steps away from the beach. My overall experience was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you!!

Love this condo!

We had a great time staying at this condo! It was clean, spacious, updated and on a great section of the beach! I would give 5 stars except for the condition of the master bathroom. There was no water pressure in the shower and the bathroom is too tiny.

We loved our stay at the condo in late April. The condo was clean, just as pictured and right on the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that were in the condo were a great amenity to have. Overall it was great, would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just as the pictures showed. Well stocked condo with updated and high end finishes. Love the kitchen. Wonderful beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Will keep this in the must return file. Vacay allday. Love your designer. Such attention to details.

Incredible experience

My wife and I brought our son, daughter-in-law and 3 year old granddaughter for a mini- vacation and had an incredible experience with this unit. First, it really is exactly as advertised- beautiful, spotless, and well appointed. The kitchen is large and impressive, living room is actually larger than the picture and bedrooms were great. There are even beach chairs and bogey boards in the closet! The view provided incredible sunrises every morning and the beach area is great. Check in was easy! We will definitely be coming back to this unit! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful unit!
