Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas reside on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The soothing Cornish Suite is located on the 3rd floor and offers two bedrooms, suitable for up to 4 guests. The first room offers a plush king bed, a sitting area and mini-fridge. The second bedroom features a double bed and provides access to the full PRIVATE bathroom with shower. The sloping ceiling over the bed makes for a cozy nook in your nighttime retreat. You will find an outdoor deck with lounge furniture just outside of the room.

Find your serenity and let your mind melt, listening to the soft rush of our pool waterfall. Enjoy cozy conversation and frosty beverages under the shaded pool tables, surrounded by lush foliage and sultry island breezes. Stroll through our garden that envelops you in lush mature landscaping and soothes your soul with tropical breezes. Bikes are available to rent for your outdoor adventures.

The rooms were comfortable, the Inn was on a quiet street, and we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Old Town. The Cafe Bustelo K-cups were a happy surprise! Would definitely book here on return trips.

The King bed in one room and double bed in the other were enough space for us. Great A/C, little fridge and outside seating area were nice! We had to share a small outdoor area with another couple - it was close quarters but they were nice. The place is clean and convenient and sweet- nice pool area.

Charming Downtown Inn

Super charming and very clean and quiet Inn. We loved the fact that we could walk to everything downtown and could leave our car on an adjacent street. This was a very memorable visit and my young adult sons loved the location as much as I did.

Loved our stay! We stayed in the Cornish Suite on the 3rd floor. Middle of June and we always came back to a nice cool room, ice machine in the room, phone chargers next to the bed, Keurig Coffee and pods in the room. They have thought of everything. We will definitely return next time we are in Key West!

Perfect Neighborhood!

What a cute little place! My husband said it felt like we were in a tree house (40 feet up and he could not stand up straight in the room). We could not find a pool but we saw the hot tub. Nice location to walk to Duvall St. good for a family with a child or 2 but not as convenient for 2 sets of adults as the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. nice for a night or 2.

Misleading photos but still a good stay

The photos really are misleading it makes it look like there is a living room and the unit you have is much larger than it is. In reality you have two rooms one bathroom and in order to get to the bathroom you must go through one of the rooms so whoever is sleeping in the room with the bathroom needs to be woken up if the other person wants to use the bathroom. The living room pictures are the first floor where it is communal. The roof is very low and we hit our head multiple times. The checkin and communication was good, but frankly too much, asked a ton of times to sign a document. Overall I wouldn’t stay again for the price and reasons above but if you want a decent place it’s this one.

A bit of a let down

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, the location was great. Up on entering our 2 bedroom suite my daughter noticed what appeared to be some dead bugs on her bed, I made light of it as we are in the Keys in Florida and there are bugs and such. Later that night around 9PM while watching TV the flying bugs started swarming toward the TV, they looked like a may fly type of flying bug and they started swarming, they seemed to be emerging from a wooden bowl on the dresser near the TV. The bowl went outside and the next 30 minutes were spent squishing bugs. I called phone number provided and left message, I did have a response and apology waiting when I awoke the next morning. House keeping came while we were away and wiped some of the bugs off of the dresser, though there were still bugs under the concierge‘s book, and there were still squished bugs all over the curtains and some on the floor. The bed appeared to have been made, though the sheets and linens were not changed. I expected better for the price we paid as well as having been charged a cleaning fee. I personally will not return to this property, though the area was beautiful, there did appear to be many other places to stay nearby.
