Cozy Pet-Friendly Studio with AC and WiFi in Delightful Reno
Located in the Sierra Vista Neighborhood in Old Southwest Reno, this enchanting red brick home was built in 1937 & was later transitioned into 3 separate living units with updated & upgraded modern appliances. This is a very walkable location to most of Midtown & Downtown attractions where you will find many diverse & vibrant shops, eateries, & services. Enjoy the art, culture & history of Reno, Nevada in this unique & special neighborhood.
An old charming red brick house that was turned into a multi-family unit. There are 2 long term residents living in both front units. On the back side of the house next to the garages is where you will find your semi-private entrance: a delightful bright blue door with a cute & cozy porch. In between the garages & your entrance is the back door to the main house & access to the laundry room. You will have your own private entrance, however you may encounter long-term residents on occasion, as they access that back door and/or the garages/carport area.
Inside the unit you will find ample storage with neatly organized shelves and hangers, ensuring a clutter-free and comfortable stay. The top closet shelves house board games, card games, reading material, and coloring books. In the closet you will also find an iron, ironing board, garment steamer, sewing kit, twin size blow-up mattress, and extra linens, blankets, and pillows, with plenty of room leftover for you to comfortably store your belongings.
The bathroom is modern and clean, featuring a shower with tiled walls, and other essentials, such as a hand-held mirror and hair dryer, for your convenience.
The bedroom portion of this studio apartment is cozy and inviting, with a brand new plush Purple Mattress adorned in soft linens for elevated comfort, inviting you to relax and unwind.
The bright and airy Living Area offers comfortable seating and two large windows that let in lots of natural sunlight. Black out curtains cover the windows if you'd rather keep the sun out & a mini-split air conditiining & heating unit allows you to maintain full control of the temperature. In between the living area & kitchen area sits a kitchen island with a large fold down table top, making this a versitile space ideal for living or as a workspace.
There is a compact yet fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove-top, refrigerator, and ample cabinet space for all your culinary needs.
At approximately 275 square feet, and located right in the heart of Reno, Nevada, this place ideal for couples or for solo adventurers with pets.
Situated in a popular neighborhood, this is a very walkable location to most downtown & midtown attractions.
