Perfect place for a get away or a long stay- kitchen well appointed with everything you would need to make meals- comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers. Enjoyed our time- loved being right on the waters edge!

This place was a great getaway for my 40th birthday. Sarah is helpful and responsive and it has all the conveniences and amenities you could hope for. The pictures don't quite do it justice, it's a beautiful home. We especially loved the sauna after a cold dip in the lake and all the fireplaces. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room have everything you need and want. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay at the lake! We stayed for my 50th birthday and had a blast!!!! We cooked a lot and appreciated the VERY well stocked kitchen. Enjoying the fire pit next to the water was beautiful, with a magnificent sunset as well! The cabin is very cute, the host was very responsive and kind and we are so happy that we stayed here.

A great place to stay! Excellent communication from the host, check in easy as can be. Being right on the lake, so relaxing. Was lovely to listen to the loons every evening. Had all the right necessities in the kitchen, place is clean and welcoming. Firepit was awesome, kayaks were enjoyed. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Would easily stay here again!

The property is beautiful and stocked with everything you could need for a trip to the lake! The house is nice and newly renovated and the location is perfect. We loved staying on the lake and using the kayaks and the fire pit. We also appreciated having board games there as well! The location is great for getting away for some peace and quiet but is also close enough to Duluth and North Shore attractions. We had a great time and definitely recommend this property! The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok.

My husband and I love visiting the Duluth area and the north shore. This beautiful place was so peaceful and relaxing. The house had everything thing we needed. The owner’s obviously take pride in their place and give every consideration possible for their visitors staying here. The views and birds on the lake were incredible. This is close enough to Duluth and the north shore to take it all in. I loved the upper deck too.

What a great, cozy place. 25-ish min drive to many hikes as well as Duluth. Lake is very shallow, so safer for curious kiddos. The sauna was a great bonus. We did need to pop to the store to get spring water, as there was a distinct odor to the water (well water water softener I suspect), so recommend bringing water if you/your guests are particular about that.We would definitely stay again if we are planning a trip to Duluth. Loved it so much, we tried to stay additional days. Thank you for a perfect break from the city!

The house was beautiful and the host was super nice and very responsive. The beds were really comfortable. The house had everything we needed. I was a little bummed because I didn’t realize how close we were to the next cabin. Every single day we listened to the guy at the next cabin yelling at his kids very loudly. That got old. The water had a bit too much seaweed for swimming but the kayaks were nice to have. The other thing that was specified in the listing but I didn’t put enough thought into was the sulfur smell when the hot water was turned on. The host assured me it was safe and provided bottled drinking water but I didn’t like showering in it. Even though it was perfectly safe it was hard to feel clean. I think people from around the area might not smell it as they are used to it. Again, it wasn’t the worst just something to consider

We were here for 3 nights. Spent time in the Duluth area during the day and kicked back here during the evenings. Enjoyed peaceful evening by the lake! The house was great, plenty of room, and clean. Fit our needs great and would stay here again!
