Welcome to our oasis in SW Cape! Nestled near beautiful beaches, the airport, downtown, shopping, and endless attractions to explore. Relax by our private pool or enjoy the canal, complete with Gulf access. Our backyard is paradise, with mango, avocado, jackfruit, chambakka, and sugar plum trees.
Inside, the eco-friendly home offers a split floor plan with modern updates. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, we’ve provided games and essentials for the beach, fishing, & all-around comfort.
This beautifully updated home, designed for comfort and style with vaulted ceilings and a thoughtfully crafted layout. Nestled along a picturesque gulf-access canal, this property offers breathtaking water views and abundant outdoor amenities. Unwind in the private pool, gather around the cozy fire pit, and explore the fenced-in yard with its lush landscaping, including fruit trees. Enjoy full sun throughout the day in this sun-soaked backyard oasis, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The sunrises and sunsets are unforgettable. This is the ideal retreat for a memorable stay!

Please note that the owner has severe allergies to cats and shedding dogs. Pets are only allowed with prior approval, and any unauthorized pets will incur a $1,000 cleaning fee for health purposes.
1. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in time: 4PM
• Check-out time: 11AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
2. Maximum Occupancy
• The maximum number of guests allowed is 8.
• No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.
3. Noise and Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
• Please respect the neighbors and avoid loud music, parties, or gatherings that could cause disturbances.
4. No Parties or Events
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted unless previously approved.
• Guests violating this rule may be asked to vacate without a refund.
5. No Smoking
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
6. Pet Policy
• Pets are not allowed ESA animals included due to Health issues.
7. Parking
• Guests may park in driveway spots only. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or garages.
8. Trash and Recycling
• Please dispose of trash and recycling in the bins provided.
• Ensure bins are properly closed to avoid attracting wildlife.
9. Kitchen Use
• Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself.
• Wash all used dishes and put them away before check-out.
10. Energy Conservation
• Please turn off lights, fans, and other electronics when not in use.
• Help us conserve energy by setting the thermostat to a reasonable level.
11. Security and Safety
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or other safety devices.
12. No Unauthorized Filming or Photography
• No professional photo or video shoots, including adult content, are allowed on the property.
13. Damages and Accidents
• Report any damages, accidents, or issues promptly.
• Guests are responsible for any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear.
14. Use of Amenities
• Follow specific guidelines for use of pool, fireplace, or other amenities.
• No glass containers in or around the pool area.
• No children unattended in pool area or near canal
• Children must wear lifejacket on the pier
