Beautiful Location

Wonderful Beach Condo!

Our family of 4 decided to stay here for a week while we traveled back and forth for a the baseball World Series. It was well worth the 20 minute drive to the USSSA complex to come back to this condo and be on vacation. The minute we walked in we could tell it was super clean and modern. It is more impressive in person than the online pictures. I want to compliment the cleaning/groundskeeping crew. They did an excellent job and we saw them continuously cleaning the common areas. You can tell they are doing an excellent job of taking care of the property. The workout/game room was great. We played mini pool and used the community cornhole. We appreciated having a couple of beach chairs and a big umbrella for the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and didn’t even need to buy extra paper towels or toilet paper. The ice maker in the fridge was a plus as well. The ocean views are incredible. The only suggestions I have are to update/replace the pillows. They are definitely worn out and lumpy; however, the beds were super comfy. We also had a hard time moving the beautiful but incredibly heavy coffee table to use the pull out couch. If my husband wasn’t with me there would have been no way to move it.

It's All About the View

From the second you open the door, you begin to relax as you take in the view from this condo. We loved it and highly recommend staying here. Quiet, peaceful with easy access to beach and shopping, eating out and taking in local attractions.

Wonderful place & host.

Book this VRBO with confidence. Host directions were spot on, and the room and resort were spectacular. You cannot go wrong with this one, especially if your looking for a family relaxed vacation with full amenities. Host even had beach chairs and umbrella for you to use. 5 stars all day long...

Amazing beach condo.

Condo was very nicely updated. Beach was almost empty which we prefer. Could hear nothing but the crashing waves.

Clean, worry free vacation

This property is exactly as described. You could tell the moment you opened the door it was a clean, well maintained unit. Beautiful finishes, comfortable beds, and the perfect ocean view. Unit had all we needed to go right to the beach. My family is counting down the days until we visit again!

Relaxing Family Vacation

If you are looking for the perfect quiet beach getaway this is the perfect place to visit. The pool is super convenient and the beach is clean and not over crowded. We will be back!

Generally, we are happy with our stay. The pictures and description were very accurate. I would give it a 3.5 stars, but they don't allow half stars above. A few recommendations for the owner (e.g. time for new sheets and comforters and towels, as they are old and stained by prior guests - yuk. e.g. Paint is pealing on wall due to 'damp' wall in master bedroom - another yuk and what is with the no kleenex, 1 single paper towel role for 1 week, and 1 ply thin toilet paper )

It’s a winner!

Stayed a long weekend in October. Beautiful condo with everything updated. Balcony overlooks the ocean and pool. Well maintained property. Sand beach with lots of shells. Condo is on third floor. Elevator is available but we never used it as steps were easy. Grocery store was right across the street. You do need a car, unless you just plan to enjoy the beach and never go out…:which would have been fine with me! Property manager was always quick to respond but we had no problems. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror but we dressed up for a wedding. Definitely would rent this one again!!

Great location, but here's some suggestions!

When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned at all from previous renters. It was quite an inconvenience to place our luggage and belongings in a bedroom, and have to be displaced while the property manager could contact the crew to come in and clean. Especially since we had groceries, etc to unload. The crew did a quick clean, nothing great. The cleanliness was top rated on previous reviews, however we did not have the same experience. Our fee was refunded, appropriately. The location is great. The pool is clean, steps down from the condo, and the beach was so quiet. We had to pool and beach to ourselves at times. The grocery store is across the street. The Surfin' Turtle was a daily treat to get Dole Whips and sundaes. The A1A has many restaurants and cafes to choose. The kitchen had all amenities we needed and was well stocked. There are no ceiling fans or standing fans hiding anywhere in the condo. Even with the A/C on, the condo felt damp and a little stagnant. It needs some fans available. The bathrooms need hooks for towels and also garbage cans. There were no receptacles in the bathrooms, which I found lacking. Also, the closets need some luggage racks or something to set suitcases on. We had suitcases sitting on the living room floor. We utilized the pull-out couch for our kids (ages 7 and 9), but we had to move the more than (at least!) 200+ lbs coffee table out of the way first. The coffee table is not a good choice to have in a room where it may need to be moved daily for a bed set-up. We opted to leave the pull-out sofa out because we could not safely move the coffee table daily to break-down and set-up the sofa at night.

Graduation Month

This was a beautiful condo I used as a base for several graduations and the accompanying events. It was perfect! The unit was beautifully designed and very clean. I would certainly recommend!

A beautiful condo. Perfect view.

I liked that its not a HUGE complex. Plenty of parking. The decor was very classy, beachy but not cheesey. Very clean. Had a lock out issue and the management was available via phone and was able to five me the code to get back in. They strive to please.
