How would you like to stay right on the canals and just across the street from the beach? You can enjoy this perfect location in this lovely condo. Located on the 2nd floor (accessible via elevator), it offers views of the canal and swimming pool area. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, it’s ideal for families with children.

Let’s start with the kitchen: while it may be compact, it’s fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The dining area features a dining suite that comfortably seats up to 6 people, perfect for family meals together.

Just beyond the dining area is the living space, which includes two comfortable sofas, a small armchair, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. A large glass patio door allows plenty of natural light to flow in and leads to a screened-in patio area.

The condo features two bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has one single bed and a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the bottom. If you need extra sleeping space, there’s also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Santa Maria Harbor Resort is a fantastic getaway, located across the street from Fort Myers Beach on a peninsula of Gulf-access canals. Here, you can take a fishing trip, relax with family, swim in the Gulf, barbecue on the deck, or watch dolphins and manatees from the docks. The resort offers spacious floor plans with living and dining areas, private screened balconies, a heated swimming pool and spa, and a 36-slip harbor. Plus, a beach trolley stops right outside Santa Maria, taking you to Lover's Key Resort and other nearby destinations!

Awesome Vacation

Wonderful place! Loved the entrances and the open air. Only small things that need updating- ice maker in freezer didn’t work (but there is a large ice maker on the ground so we used that, it was great). Towels could be updated… getting warn / stained. We were happy for the beach chairs and sand toys!

The condo was great, supplied with everything we needed.

Everything was clean & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again & recommend this condo to others. We love staying at the Maui Banyan, this was our fifth stay at this property, the grounds, pool, BBQ's, etc. are kept immaculate. The condo itself was one of the nicer, updated ones we've stayed in.

Awesome family holiday!

Loved the location and amenities of this condo. No complaints. Great weather and location to many beaches. A short walk to everything. Owner very easy to deal with. Would book here again anytime. Did not want to leave.

Great location

The property was perfect, clean and in a central location. It was nice to always get a parking spot close to the entrance. A beautiful beach right across the street and walking distance to food and shops. Inside the condo had everything you'd need to cook meals. The bed was really super soft and comfy. Two bathrooms were nice for getting ready before heading out for a day of exploring!

Wonderful

We have stayed at Maui banyan many times ..and this was a good find and backup to our regular unit. Clean, lots of added bonuses with newer beach chairs and full kitchen, updated washer and dryer and easy accessibility. Only thing suggest is bring your own beach towels, unit has some but thin and saturate easily if you are a beach or pool goer!

Didn't get to go

I wish I could write a great review but unfortunately we didn't get the pleasure of staying here. We didn't get to make our trip to Hawaii as I got really sick the morning we were scheduled to fly out. I definitely plan on staying here the next time we go. I had family members stay here and say it was great.

Winter Vacation

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo and it was great. There was absolutely everything that you needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed, laundry soap, dish soap, both bathrooms had lots of supplies, etc. The couch was extremely comfortable and the bed was amazing. There were beach chairs and cooler so everything you needed for a day at the beach as well. I would recommend this condo :)

Great stay in Kihei

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. More than big enough for the two of us. Some things were slightly dated (Maui Banyan is now 30 years old) but overall very nice. Perhaps a little pricey but we booked late. Management company was fabulous to work with - a minor issue was dealt with immediately and communication was ver quick.

Nice owner to deal with!!

Nice location in the Banyan. Quiet except for the Garbage truck in the morning, but you should be up by that time!! Most everything you will need for your time at the beach. If you cook alot, everything you may need. The owner is a sweetheart, quick to get back to you. Overall a great unit.

I would definitely stay here again-

This condo was one of the best I've had the pleasure to stay in. Wonderfully quiet and cool, with a combination of fans and air conditioning. Also enjoyed having a well stocked kitchen. Could have used a water filter pitcher and the ice maker didn't work in fridge. But that was workable-

Exceeding Expectations.

Highly recommend this One! It was our first time to sunny Kehei and this complex. The condo is located steps from the beach, attractions and amenities. The property is well appointed and very clean and the grounds are beautiful. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and beach chairs. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, we will be back! We suggest you visit Big Beach at Makena and one of our favorite restaurants Sarento's on the Beach. Mahalo! F and M

Maui Sunset destination!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and had everything it listed on the web site. Very easy to work with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to many food and shopping areas. Directly across the street from the beach and had a beautiful sunset every night. Quite location even with the complex being rather large. couple of pools and grilling out areas to enjoy.

Old folks on their first trip to Hawaii

We found the condo well designed and comfortably furnished - especially the bed! We particularly appreciated the fact that it has a northern exposure which meant it was perfectly comfortable without air conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of the can opener which was broken. We are physically active and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We were with friends who had a car and a condo in the same building so the parkade was very convenient. If we ever return to Maui we would look for this place as first choice.

Boulder Creek Girl

I was in Maui for a week and had a wonderful time partly due to the great location and accommodations. It was quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. The grounds are gorgeous! As far as the condo goes, the inside is tastefully decorated and is VERY clean. It's obvious the owner takes great pride in their Maui investment. I spent a lot of time right across the street at the beach which is beautiful by the way. When not at the beach, there's great restaraunts and shopping right down the street about one mile. I will say, this was the nicest condo I've stayed in while in Hawaii and hope to go back soon! I highly recommend it! (-:

Can't go wrong with this unit

We recently stayed in this Maui Banyan condo. We've stayed at the Banyan at least 15 times and this unit was definitely one of the nicest. The condo was nicely renovated and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. The unit was clean and inviting. The bedroom was lovely and the mattress was extremely comfortable. I would give this unit a 5 star rating if it would have had either dim out or black out lining behind the drapes which would have kept out more of the light. Theresa was very easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone wanting a very comfortable and homey unit to stay in while enjoying the lovely island of Maui.

Repeat visitor

I have rented condos through VRBO before in the Maui Banyan. This unit is SUPER! The pictures presented represented the condo perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, excellent pots and pans and especially frying pans, pyrex containers with snap on lids were great. There were many "extras" including spices , tin foil, soaps etc. The bed and linens were super comfy and provided for restful sleep. The boogie boards and beach umbrella and cooler were a bonus. WiFi works perfectly. The owner was so awesome and prompt with responses to questions. All and all a great time. Thank you so much for the priviledge of a 3 week stay in your condo. Will highly recommend to others.

Our October /Nov stay 2014

My wife and I spent most of October and early November it this condo . There are a few items that are a must for me : First a good bed and this unit has a real good one . Second a frying pan that cooks evenly and is easy to clean again they have that . Thirdly knives that actually cut again theirs met my standard . The condo is in very good shape . It was stocked with paper products, dish soap , bath soap and T paper . They also have basic cleaning tools which came in handy . The sofa had a throw on it which was a great idea and easy to clean .A TV in both room . Very nice and newly remodeled restrooms . This unit has everything we need for our stay . We have already booked it for next spring .
