Had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who was visiting vegas in the future. We used the mgm pool complex a few times and found this really good.

Great property for a family/friends trip to Las Vegas. Beautiful space, well cared for. The only aspect that wasn’t clear is that the rooms are not connected by a shared door(s) the create a larger suite. But there is more privacy as a result. Host was great and easy to communicate with, and property staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to MGM Grand property is a fantastic benefit. A true hidden gem!

Great stay and great property. Loved having a main area for us to hang out and a full kitchen. My only complaint was the air conditioning wasn’t the best. It took a while for the room to cool down. It’s the desert in the summer. I am from Phoenix so I get it but didn’t love having to sleep on top of the sheets. Our room seemed to be warmer than the others. It was the room next to the main room. All in all we had so much fun, location, and rooms were great.

Recently the temperature reach over 100F. It takes a bit to get cooler in the room when it is very hot. We regularly check the A/C and maintain it.

This property is in dire need of upkeep. The living room area has badly stained carpets, the baseboards and wall trim are badly beat up, the floor drains need to be cleaned out.Unfortunately during our stay one sofabed was unusable because there were fresh bloodstains on the mattresses.The owners’ solution was to ask me to coordinate everyone in our groups schedule so that would vacate the unit for the day to allow the carpets to be cleaned and the mattress removed. And refused to refund any portion of our payment.There are better places in Las Vegas. Do your family and friends a favor and choose one of those

The Carpet was replace in Feb 2026. Baseboard were repainted in May 2026. Sofa beds are replaced in March 2026. So why this guest write this review? Here is the answer: She did not get the money as she wanted from us as she shamelessly mentioned in the review. The guest stayed for six nights and did not mentioned anything wrong till 4th day. we offer to check on the items she mentioned and she refused to let us entering the suite and change whatever the sheets she said was stained, She just wanted money from us. We refused. I rarely find myself dealing with such unreasonable guests in my past 20 years of rental business. She definitely does not belong to our VRBO community.

Property is one of the best in Vegas! Excellent views, very very spacious. We rented the Penthouse and it was the most relaxing part of our business trip! Cindy was very communicative and answered emails promptly and was extremely helpful. When going to Vegas don't fight the casino traffic - rent from Cindy and enjoy your trip!

Myself and 2 coworkers were in town for a convention and this was the perfect place to stay! This allowed us to have our separate spaces but still all be next door to each other. We will definitely be on the lookout for this place again when we are in town.

Perfect spaces to host one of our families. The family shared the adjoining 1 BR and studio while we had our separate studio in the next room just down the hallway. We provided breakfast/lunch in using the kitchens. Suggest guests bringing paper plates/plastic cups. This is the second time we hosted one of our families in this property. Great pool, Starbucks downstairs, able to walk to most places on the strip. Thank you Cindy!

The location was perfect for a family/large group. Easy access to the MGM pools and to the restaurants on the strip. Also, the views from the balcony are georgeous. I wish the layout description was clearer about the arrangement of the three bedrooms ... one of the rooms is a 1-bedroom suite that is adjacent to (but not directly connected to) the other 2-bedroom suite. It was fine for our group during this particular stay, but we were initially expecting a 3-bedroom floor plan where all three bedrooms were connected to the same kitchen/dining area. Regardless, we had plenty of space and a wonderful experience.

The listing is a little deceiving; I booked this thinking we would have common space to hang out while having separate sleeping space. This listing is 3 separately hotel rooms with kitchens- to get to each room you have to go out in the hall. I booked for a girls trip, so it ended up being fine but I would have been irritated had I taken my kids. The room(s) were clean and nice, the location provided indoor walking to get to the strip.

In our listing we clearly stated that two bedrooms share a common living room, a common door outside. Only the third bedroom is next to the second bedroom.

Beautiful rooms and location! It was great having the living room to congregate together. No resort fee and access to the MGM Grand pool complex was great! Free valet parking was wonderful! Would definitely recommend staying here for a larger group.

Great trip for my sons 21st birthday. This is right off the strip through the MGM. Cindy communicated great and even helped us find a stroller rental for our granddaughter. We had a wonderful stay and would rent again.

Great location! Views were really fun from the balcony! This was a great place for 4 adult friends to gather and explore Vegas. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, bring spices, sugar, oil, etc. MGM amenities without fees was a plus, including pools and lazy river. MGM shopping and casino were just across a couple walkways. Keep in mind, two rooms can be connected with a locking foyer area door, but the third room is immediately next door down the hall. Not an issue with the security of the building and the corner condo location, but wouldn’t put my smaller kids there. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you have couples traveling together. The three room options gives everyone privacy and also adds a gathering space. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Vegas

The location is perfect. Far enough to be peaceful and close enough to easily walk to the strip. Check in is easy as well as check out! We will be back!

These 3 penthouse suites were amazing. Loaded with amenities and feels a lot more like a highrise apartment than a hotel room. The big bathrooms and the private balconies felt very luxurious. Our host was very helpful leading up to our trip. We would all definitely stay here again

Rooms are well accommodated, owner was responsive.Few items needing attention: some of the bed sheets were stained.One of the sink in the bathroom and kitchen sink were clogged and could not use as intended.Chairs in the connected room hall were wobbly.

Our housekeeping unclogged the sink in the bathroom and the kitchen right away. The chairs are tightened as well.
