Nice house but we never got access to excercise facilities or community amenities

We had a group of 7 adults and 1 child. The house was nice and the living room area was great with large space to accommodate a big group. Kitchen nicely appointed with cooking equipment/ utensils. The big miss here was that we never got access to the gym, community pool/ hot tub.We booked the is house because it had a community center with a gym. The day we checked in we asked how to access and were told there a key card in the kitchen drawer that would give us access there was no card. We looked in every drawer and never found it. We contacted the property manager several times and kept being told they were working on it. And they would “make it right”. I asked for a partial refund after 7 days when we checked out and it’s been a week and we still do not have a resolution. We chose this property over a less expensive one because it had a gym. They have yet to make it right and they advertised this ammenity as part of the selection criteria. Very disappointing to still not have this resolved a week after we have checked out.
