This sprawling 4-bedroom 4bathroom home is the perfect retreat for your Florida escape! Whether on vacation, down for a tournament or whatever brings you to the area you have everything you need at our property!! Swim in the heated salt water pool, lounge in our screened in patio or play a game of corn hole or jenga in the private fenced in yard! Then when venturing out you can visit all the nearby attractions, fabulous dining and of course our beautiful beaches which are all only minutes away! Our spacious and well designed home includes two primary suites with King size beds each equipped with their own private bathroom, another suite with 2 twin over double bunk beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 Full Size beds and an adjacent bathroom! It is truly a perfect set up for a large group or multiple families. Enjoy the screened in pool and lanai for complete relaxation and fun in the sun! Other amenities like a private fenced in side yard, a designated office desk, WiFi, a washer/dryer, air hockey table and large family room with 75in TV and card/game table. You're sure to make a lifetime of memories with a stay at our home! Plus. a circle driveway and room if you have a trailer or camper! We know you will Love Where You Stay!

An amazing property & stay!

We absolutely loved staying at Nicole & Kate's property! We had a family vacation and the space was big enough to house a total of 8 adults and 4 tiny kiddos. Each family had their own bathroom, which was a plus! The heated pool was a favorite among everyone and the house was very clean! Kate and Nicole were very responsive in communication, which I loved, and gave great recommendations for eating out locally. We totally recommend this space to anyone looking for a place for a family vacation. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

Great Space - Great House - Great Pool - Great Time

Loved the vibe of the house. So open and inviting. Something for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room and each couple had a private bedroom to themselves. The pool and the deck area offered hours of happy play and enjoyment. Lots of seating on the pool deck so adults could chat while children played safely in the pool. The host was so responsive to anything we communicated to her. Always answering any questions we had, promptly. We had a wonderful time together in this comfortable open and inviting home. Long Weekend For Athletic Event

The house was as pictured! An older home that has been revamped for renters. Great living space for everyone to relax. While we didn't use the outdoor space very much because of our schedule, it's incredible! Newer rental, so kitchen has barebones of supplies, but we managed! VERY easy check out and check in, owners would respond fast if we had any questions. Would stay here again.

Family Christmas

The property an location were perfect for us. The property manager was very responsive. The heated pool wasnt heated when we arrived on Christmas eve, which was disappointing since the heated pool was the deciding factor in choosing the home- it seemed like a good way to let the kids get the energy out. She had someone out to look at it that evening. It still hadnt heated up yet by the next morning, and they actually had someone come out Christmas morning to fix it! By the next day, it was just right, and they offered a credit for the time we couldnt use the pool. I was impressed by the thoughtulness and level of service provided.

Hi! We are a family from the North Shore of Chicago! We truly hope you enjoy our Florida House! We absolutely love visiting our home and the surrounding areas and love sharing it with you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The neighborhood is quiet and filled with mostly locals. It is SO peaceful. We absolutely love watching all the birds and turtles in the pond. The pool and screened in lanai are perfect for relaxing and entertaining guest. If you decide you want out of the sun you can go to one of many covered outdoor areas for reading, relaxing or enjoying a cocktail or coffee in the morning. Sunrise and Sunset are picture perfect at the Florida House!

We just love how peaceful it is. If you are looking for a true vacation from the hustle and bustle of every day life, come on down to the Florida House! I designed it to be light, bright and airy with a tasteful decor throughout. Play games, have a movie night in the large family room or have quiet time in one of many sitting areas (inside or out!).
