Welcome to our charming carriage house at 209 W Bolton St., nestled in the heart of historic Savannah, GA. This two-story retreat blends modern comfort with classic southern charm, perfect for your stay.

Step into a welcoming living area complete with contemporary couches, a stylish glass coffee table atop a cozy rug, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient bar stool seating area, perfect for casual dining. A washer and dryer are discreetly located just off the kitchen for your convenience.



The second floor offers two serene bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and another flat screen TV. A shared full bathroom and a cozy desk nook complete this level. The carriage house accommodates up to 4 guests with its 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The carriage house private entrance is located on Bolton Lane. There is 1 parking spot available on Bolton Lane in front of the garage door.

The stay was nice. The location was not as centralized as i believed from the listing. Most of the activities were drivable not walkable except Forsyth Park.

Clean, parking behind carriage house, easily walkable to Historic section. Beautiful place to live. We forgot umbrellas and they went and purchased two for us to use. Great owners and responds to messages quickly. Photo’s from the park one block over.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location when staying in Savannah. The parking spot was the main attraction for me while looking for a place to stay. It was close to Forsyth park but just far enough away that it was quiet the entire time we were there. We were able to walk almost everywhere while also being able to drive to the store to get groceries. The only thing I would change is the shower head. It definitely needs upgrading.

This property is tired, poorly outfitted and lacking basic amenities and maintenance . The entry gate is off its hinges making entry very difficult. Sharp splinters, screw and nail tips will stab you every time. The outdoor patio has not been cleaned in a long while. The brick surface is collapsed and dangerous in some areas with an open hole simply covered with an outdoor umbrella base. And no umbrella..There are zero towel bars in the dimly lit bathroom. Water damage in the walls showing in some areas. Outside lights shine in windows all night. Wifi modem was non functional for several days of our stay.Location was quiet and convenient to Forsyth Park and downtown. But, For the same money, we could have taken a lux hotel suite. We are so disappointed in VRBO for hosting this accommodation, we will no longer use VRBO for future stays.

Great place, great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The manager, Allan, couldn’t have possibly been more communicative. The place itself was really good. The only minor issue is the gate to enter the yard didn’t latch. That was only an issue because it was windy (fun fact: our back gate was open when we got home, too, because of wind. Go figure!). Loved having an upstairs to sleep and the balconies up there. I actually really liked the kitchen. It was a good size and allowed for plenty of room for the minor cooking we did. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Close to Forsyth Park

Our stay was as expected for an older Savannah carriage house. The proximity to the beautiful Forsyth Park was very convenient. If you are at all challenged by steep stairs you may esnt to rethink it. Your suitcases have to go upstairs to the bedroom. We also had one towel and one wash cloth per person for the entire 3 nights booked. The beds were large and comfortable. The ac worked well which was much appreciated. The tvs remotes didn’t work neither tv.. the space is good for two. More than two would be cramped and due to bathroom and preparation for the day space. Parking, as describe vehicle, is sufficient.
