So nice, and the best stocked VRBO I’ve stayed in! Very comfortable beds, even the bunk beds! Nice to have each room have access to their own bathrooms. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The decks were so nice to sit and relax. Will definitely stay again!

It was really clean, well stocked with everything you need. We weren’t expecting 3 different levels. It made it hard for my husband. We gave up the master bedroom for the 1st floor bedroom.

Wonderful stay!! Clean, beautiful space to come and go! We had lots of family in town for a wedding, it was nice to have a place they could all come eat and visit, we also enjoyed the pickleball court! Will totally stay again!

This is a beautiful space - brand new in a new development. The host has provided every amenity. It is warm and welcoming. Three bedrooms on three different floors - all well-appointed. Great bathrooms with good showers. Child-friendly. Kitchen has everything needed with modern appliances. Large garage for parking car. The view to snow-capped mountains was special. Close proximity to dining. Would highly recommend.

We spent eight days in Utah over Christmas with family and had a wonderful stay. The keyless entry worked flawlessly, and the townhome was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The high-quality furnishings, very comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen made it truly feel like home. The internet was fast and reliable, and the surrounding mountain views were absolutely spectacular.The property manager, Kami Su, was attentive, and together with the maintenance technician, Keith, ensured our complete satisfaction throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Great Place

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a great place in a nice, quiet area. The door code did not work upon arrival, but was resolved after contacting the owner. The home was clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. Overall, we would highly recommend.

Nice Place

Was a good place for 3 couples. Good beds. Nice to have separate bathrooms and a nice big room to hang out. Garage not deep enough to fit large pickup truck, but parking in driveway was ok. Happy with our visit.

Super Clean and Comfortable

This was a lovely, brand new townhome. It was sparkling clean! Our family thoroughly enjoyed all of the extra touches. We have already booked another stay for next year. Highly recommend!

Stay far away

Entry code had not been updated. We texted and called through the app. After 2 calls and 2 texts, we got a response to wait, because she was in a meeting. More time passed, and finally we could get in. All beds were unmade, there were dirty dishes in the sink, and bathrooms had not been cleaned. We had to ask her to call us back.When She did, we expressed our disappointment and said we were. Not paying and expected a refund. Her response was “Have a nice day.” Totally unprofessional, o apology, o taiko g responsibility. Avoid this management company. I’d attach photos of I could.

Consequently, we issued a full refund and extended our apologies via direct message. Our team is committed to maintaining high standards and addressing issues swiftly. We will use this experience to improve our services and prevent similar occurrences in the future. In our decade of hosting, we’ve rarely encountered such challenging interactions. While we aim for perfection, we acknowledge that missteps can happen and are committed to learning from them to enhance our guests’ experiences.

We had a great stay at this property! The place was exceptionally clean, laid out exactly as advertised, and featured very comfortable living and sleeping spaces. We enjoyed a restful night's sleep and loved having breakfast on the balcony in the morning.We did have a small hiccup at check-in when our entry password didn't work. While it took a bit of time to get a response, they quickly initiated remote access to let us in as soon as we connected. The comfort and quality of the home easily made up for the brief delay, and we would happily stay here again!
