Golfview 4 bedroom villa with pool in Southern Dunes, 20 miles from Disneyworld

Situated on the Southern Dunes Golf and Country club gated community, It is just over 20 miles from Walt Disney World and a little over an hour and a half to either coast making it a great place to have your Florida vacation.
This single story spacious home with golf course views, has 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 2 twin(single) beds, 3 bathrooms and a 28 foot private pool. All bedding is provided as well as towels and pool towels. The two ensuite bedrooms have smart TV's. There are two lounges, one with 3 sofas and coffee table for you to sit and chat at the end of the day. The other with 2 sofas, smart TV and DVD player with a small DVD library. The kitchen has granite worktops and is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and lots of other electrical appliances. The washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the garage as well as a full size table tennis table.
Apart from the award winning golf course and club house, the community offers tennis courts, a children's playground and a community pool.
The property is very well equipped to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Pool heating is available if requested for an additional $20 per day. This Villa has been our family holiday home for more than 10 years and we would like to welcome you to see why we love it so much.
