Welcome to our spacious waterfront retreat! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Bedroom 1 has two full-size beds and shares a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 2, which features a cozy queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 includes two full-size beds and an attached bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the laundry area for added convenience. A new queen-size air mattress is also available for additional guests.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, complemented by two dining tables with seating for 10, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The common area also includes a dartboard for some friendly competition.

Step outside to relax on the spacious deck or take advantage of the canal access for a day on the water. Ideal for families or group getaways, this home offers all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Guests have access to the whole house excluding the breezeway area (owner closet) and garage.
