If you`re particularly sensitive to insects, this may not be the best fit, but nature lovers will feel right at home! 🌺🌲

This property is located in Tropical Florida near water and surrounded by natural vegetation. Due to the tropical climate, it is normal to occasionally see insects common to the area, including Florida bugs, palmetto roaches, and small pests. ♨️ Charcoal Grill (Shared Amenity) – Guests are welcome to use the outdoor charcoal grill. Just bring your own charcoal and enjoy!

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you`ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

◆ Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
