Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

The property’s outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and connection with nature. Unwind in the steaming hot tub while taking in sweeping mountain views, fire up the BBQ grill for a hearty evening meal, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee on the patio or balcony. The grassy backyard offers space to stretch out, while the converted historic barn across the driveway doubles as a game room, complete with foosball and plenty of room to lounge.

Inside, the spacious living room invites you to sink into an oversized sectional for movie nights on the 70-inch Smart TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and a cozy reading nook provides the perfect spot for a quiet afternoon. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and baking essentials, plus a breakfast bar, two dining tables, and a coffee station ready for early risers.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eleven guests. The secluded master suite on the upper level features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private balcony, and expansive views. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom offer plush bedding and room-darkening shades, while the bunk room is perfect for younger guests or groups, with twin bunks and cozy linens. Three full bathrooms provide modern fixtures, high-end toiletries, and soft towels, with a washer and dryer conveniently located in the main floor bath.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
