I will begin by saying the view was spectacular every day. The furniture is comfortable and there is lots of storage with a vanity space and the kitchen island and lighting were wonderful. We had surprise construction with window replacements the whole time with people right outside our balcony working. We had neighbors smoking on their balcony and in the hallway and someone with a barking, howling dog for a couple of days of our stay. The parking spots in the garage are in no particular order which was odd. We felt that the place was very secure and the full time residents were very nice and friendly to chat with. The one big problem we had was the smells. Every cabinet and drawer had an odor. I don't know if it was from insect extermination maybe but it was unpleasant along with the odor from the laundry room. I'm sure it was from dampness. The decoration is lovely and everything was clean and orderly.

The condo was perfect! It has everything you need including beach chairs and the umbrella. Highly recommend this place. We visit Daytona every year and stay at this facility every time. This was our first time staying in this particular unit but we will definitely book again.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views! Everything was well kept and exactly as pictured. The owners went out of their way to think of things that would make your stay more comfortable and to feel more like home. The only thing that was missing was a full length mirror. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others. It was in a terrific location on a quiet stretch of beach. I loved every minute of it and will be back!

Great views, great accommodations

This condo is perfect. It has great views and everything you would need for the entire family beach vacation. Pop up tent, chairs, wagon, and kids beach toys. The entire building and pool area is keypad secured and it has garage parking. My only complaint is that only the top outlets work throughout the condo, but this is not a deal breaker. It is beautiful place, everyone that lives there was super nice and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and this will be our first choice for next year.

Daytona The Shores Club 1105

Condo is as nice as its pictures. The lock on the master bedroom sliding glass door needs repaired. Other than that, great ocean view from 11th door, easy drive to Daytona Speedway, Aunt Catfish restaurant is still excellent. We had a good vacation. Thanks.
