It was a terrific home. We were a large group and used both floors. We had plenty of room. It was close to stores, restaurants and places of interest.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The communication, the property, the modern design, and the cleanliness were all top-notch. Jorge was incredibly accommodating and flexible when our plans changed, which we truly appreciated.The restaurant recommendations were excellent, and the thoughtful snacks were such a nice touch. We would absolutely stay here again if we travel to Puerto Rico as a group. Highly recommend!

Jorge was great with communicating everything from local recommendations to accomadating changes to our plans. The place itself is beautiful and well kept. We had access to the downstairs and upstairs with easy insructions for both. The area feels safe and walkable. Would definitely be a top choise to book for our next stay in Puerto Rico!

Perfect home for large group travel

This property was outstanding for my friends and family while we visited San Juan . It was in a great location , walking distant from local stores , beaches and cafes. Jorge and his team were extremely accommodating, responsive , and friendly. I highly recommended this rental if your thinking of where to stay in San Juan

The best San Juan property for a large group!

Jorge is an amazing host who accommodated a large group of 15 guys over MDW. The property is stunning, clean and spacious, and has two units that sleep everyone easily. The check in process is seamless and Jorge helped by even providing us local recommendations for entertainment and food. Very highly recommend!

Both the upper and lower units were wonderful. They were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was so handy having Walmart just a couple blocks away for groceries, and we found several restaurants we enjoyed just a short walk away. We were able to walk to the beach and most places we wanted to go. Ubers were readily available for places further away. We had trouble with the shower, but Jorge was there in five minutes and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Puerto Rico! The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival and felt very well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole space had a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed: quality cookware, utensils, a grill, and even coffee and sugar ready to use. The outdoor seating and chairs were a big bonus, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and surroundings.The owner was fantastic, super responsive, accommodating, and full of great local suggestions that really enhanced our trip. Communication was quick and helpful from booking all the way through our stay.We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home base in Puerto Rico!
