Property:
Upon arrival, you'll find ample parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway, with additional street parking available for your convenience. Enter the home using your personalized entry code and step into a welcoming living room adorned with a large Smart TV, preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney+—just log into your own accounts and enjoy! The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining room, featuring a table that seats six, making it perfect for family gatherings or game nights.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the essential cookware and dining items you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Off the hallway, you'll find three cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. The first bedroom to your left features a king bed and conveniently houses the washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for added convenience.

Next, discover the primary bedroom, which also boasts a king bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair—ideal for guests who may need to work remotely. Across from this room, the full bathroom offers a standard bath/shower combination. At the end of the hallway, the kid-friendly bunk room features a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, adorned with gaming-themed wallpaper and fun wall games that are sure to delight younger guests. The large fenced backyard is a bonus for those traveling with pets, providing a safe space for them to play and explore.

Guest access:
Your stay includes full access to the entire property using your personal entry code. The only areas off-limits are the locked cleaners closet and the locked shed in the backyard, ensuring your privacy while still providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
