I would like some money back due to the uncleanliness, and more importantly the anxiety and challenges of getting the issue rectified. I will not use VRBO again unless rectified.

Everything about the proprety was 10/10. Only downside was that it is not near downtown as the description stated & We only got the check-in details after I had to ask the host, who didn’t answer my previous messages.

Upon check in, everything seemed fine. Good communication with host and property was as advertised. Once we settled in, we noticed bathrooms were not overly clean. Showers had black hair everywhere and one toilet seat was lose and wouldn't stay up. When we pulled the comforter back on one of the beds, the sheets under neath were very wrinkly and covered in hair, appearing like the sheets had not been changed. We washed them ourself. Another bedroom had a pile of wrinkly linens in the closet. No idea if they were clean or dirty. In the back yard, the downspout was missing from the eaves trough. Of course it rained that night and the downpour of water was hitting the central air conditioner like Niagara Falls. No sleep for anyone in that room. Communication with the host was good but it still took 2 days to get the pin for the Amazon firestick to do anything on the TV. Our stay was fine, but for what I paid it was lacking.

The actual property itself is similar to the photos. Unfortunately there wereso many bugs specifically earwigs that are everywhere. We returned to find them crawling on luggage and the beds. There was a shower curtain missing rod in one of the bathrooms and so you cannot really shower without water going everywhere and of the light doesn't work in that same bathroom. I would say this sleeps comfortably as opposed to eight. It was easy to communicate with the host and contact them.

Three bedroom home with all amenities as described. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Modern updated interior. Great for three couples. Thank you for having us!

Was not impressed, very disappointed, was not clean, black curly hair all over shower and bathtub, bathroom garbage can was full, had a bunch of feminine products in it, laundry basket with dirty laundry in a basket right in main closet in entry, garbage can spilled over under carport so we couldn’t sit in backyard because of smell, tv did not work, contacted host and even after a few suggestions didn’t get it going, fridge makes a terrible sound at night like the ice making part would not stop, loose stones when stepping into house they just threw a rug over it, laundry on both washer and dryer so couldn’t t use them, over all very disappointed will definitely not be returning there.

The property was only 50% as listed. When we arrived at the house two of the four sets of beds were broken and or missing. We had to contact the property owner at which time they said they weren't aware of anything missing but when they finally came to make the repairs they admitted that they knew it was broken and I'm sorry but I have a hard time believing it only just broke the day before on check out it feels like it was probably quite a while ago and they had done nothing to repair it until we arrived. We had to contact them to find out what was going on with the sleeping situation. We arrived at the house at approximately 2:00 p.m. and we had to leave at 6:30 for a wedding rehearsal dinner at which time they were still assembling the last bed frame. By the time we got back at 11:30 everything was assembled but there was a double bed laying in the middle of the living room that was definitely in the way and tripping hazard for the older people in our family. The house itself was clean enough well stocked enough and mostly as represented and if I needed to stay there again I probably would as long as the bed situation is fixed and as represented. Property manager came out fairly quickly and assess the situation and was very helpful.

Wonderful place. Check in was super easy. Upon entering, everything was very clean with towels and other essentials laid out. House was very beautiful and cozy.
