Historic Cottage in Olde Town BSL - One Block from Beach & Dining

Bay Cottage is an adorable two bedroom, two bath fully renovated, historic cottage located in the heart of "Old Town" Bay St. Louis. The location provides a private setting within a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the municipal yacht harbor all convenient to downtown. This house includes a private front porch with a seating area and a large dining table to enjoy the Gulf breeze.

The front parlor is a warm & inviting space. There is one large sofa, a comfortable chair, and smart TV. The front parlor opens into the second parlor showcasing a custom kitchen and dining area that seats eight.

Primary Bedroom has a king bed with an attached custom bathroom. Secondary Bedroom sleeps 6 comfortably with two queen beds with custom twin bunks. This bedroom also has an attached custom full bath and closet with washer/dryer.

Bay Cottage has been renovated to preserve and showcase historic details, while enhanced with today’s custom amenities.

WE DO NOT allow parties, receptions or weddings, etc. on the premises. A smart doorbell camera is used at the entrance of our property to ensure the security of the outdoor premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property.

Accommodations were great. Super clean. Best supplied place I’ve ever stayed. Great beds, kitchen & eating area was top notch. Only suggestion would be have some furniture in living room that does not set so low.

What a find !

Peaceful - beautifully well done - comfortable feel and atmosphere. Just close enough to center of town to be convenient but far enough for peace and tranquility. Grant very attentive via text .

Wonderful stay!

The property itself was amazing and I really enjoyed the front porch for my morning coffee. The house was is located in a quiet area of the town but also close enough to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfy Great Location

Great location, very clean, great response. We enjoyed the house and closeness to all shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything including nightlife. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! Beds were comfy! Would love to see a small pool for the summer months! We will be back!

Beautiful home in great location!

This house was so nice and comfortable. Check in was easy, communication was quick, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed! The front porch was a great place to hang out morning and night. Would definitely want to stay here again.

4th of July getaway

Beautiful renovated and well stocked home. Host was very responsive with questions. Great location to downtown. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning. Could use additional hooks in master shower. The hooks on shower wall were too high for our short to average heights. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Location. Location. Location!

My husband and I travel to Bay St. Louis at least twice a year. We have stayed in several homes over the years. This home is decorated as beautifully as any of the others. There was more than enough room for our party of four and had we needed for our stay.

Date weekend success!

My husband and I loved our stay here for a date weekend! The house was beautifully decorated, the furnishings were plush. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch to drink my coffee or have a cocktail in the evenings. Grant was great with communication. The location was great, was a one minute walk from the Ugly Pirate and not far from other places. We did rent a golf cart and that allowed us to explore further out. Our first time to BSL but won’t be our last!

Charming home in Bay St. Louis

Best place to stay! I’d like to keep this a secret, but I really have to share! Communication with host: superior! Quick and thoughtful. Home absolutely has the most charming of character. A terrific location to everything in Old Town. It is a happy stay. Highly recommend.

Love this cottage!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful cottage! It was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need to cook. We loved that it was near the beach, and all of the little shops, and in a safe location. Our host, Grant was so nice, and quick to respond if we had questions.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely amazing 4 night stay with our two daughters. This home was SPOTLESS and included everything we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and included all the items we needed to cook a couple of breakfasts and dinners. The neighborhood felt very safe. We often sat on the comfy front porch and watched several people out for a walk. We walked to get ice cream at Creole Creamery and the Sno Ball place, both short and easy walks. The town of Bay St Louis is very small and quiet. We visited a couple shops and walked to the beach to see the boats and watch the train come across. It's a great location for a day trip to New Orleans or a trip to the Mississippi aquarium. Definitely more than satisfied with our stay! Communication with the owners was perfect. All the stars!

Fab!

It was one of the best places we've ever rented! Perfect interior, perfect exterior, perfect location...just a perfect place! Just a short walk to restaurants, shops and yet, still in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. We felt safe and cozy, right at home! And our host was wonderful! We hated to leave and will certainly be back.

Friend group of 4 birthday trip This house is beautifully renovated with the old charm intact Everything we needed was available. Clean and comfortable The refrigerator and stove are to die for Quiet safe neighborhood Walking distance to the restaurants and shopping although we rented a golf cart due to the cold Lovely hosts

AMAZZZZING!

Stayed at this adorable cottage for 3 nights with good friends. Everything was perfect! The most comfortable beds, immaculately clean, and adorable decor. Very easy to communicate with the owner. The neighborhood was lovely, but we had bad weather that prevented us from walking to all the great destinations. We would definitely return!

Best VRBO Experience to Date

My family and I were in town for Thanksgiving and stayed at this incredible property. Everything was perfection: decor, beds/pillows, size, appliances, LOCATION (we parked our car and walked to the restaurants and shops all week), We especially loved the built in bunk beds with queen size beds on the bottom~ perfect for our 2 teens! I could go on and and on. The communication with Grant and Liz was also fantastic. We will be back soon!
