Quatre chambres front de mer directe attente de votre arrivée. Profitez de la navigation de plaisance, la pêche, la natation, le kayak et toutes les activités de plage à votre porte! Cuisine ouverte à la salle à manger qui ouvre sur le salon avec terrasse donnant sur la plage et la baie. Barbecue à gaz, foyer portable, chaudière clambake inclus. Renseignez-vous sur les kayaks et les bordereaux de bateau à proximité. Toutes Cape Cod a à offrir, sans tout le trafic. près du canal de Cape Cod, Maritime Academy, plage Onset, amusements et bien d'autres activités. Indian Mound est une plage tranquille association privée. Buttermilk Bay est une entrée protégée et est comme un grand lac avec les marées. Il est idéal pour la baignade, la pêche, la pêche à la coquille, la navigation de plaisance etc ... et ouvre à Buzzards Bay et le canal de Cape Cod. Il est une grande plage pour tout le monde, y compris les familles et les enfants. Toute la baie est assez bien visible de la cour avant de sorte qu'il est facile de garder un œil sur les kayakistes et les nageurs. Il y a un non-navigation zone de bain pas de la cour! Il est pas une plage de l'océan avec des vagues de roulement et vagues déferlantes, mais ceux qui sont à proximité.
Il y a aussi un patio auvent couvert avec une table de pique-nique et de grillades à côté qui est non représenté sur les photos !. Laveuse, sécheuse, A / C, machine à glaçons, câble Xfinity et wifi.

Great stay!

We loved this property and it was an amazing location! We had 5 children with us ranging in ages 2-12 and they all loved the beach! The house fit 9 of us comfortably. We will def be back next year! Jim was a great host.

nice area and cottage was neat and clean, directly in front of beach which was nice for kids. Kitchen supplied with everything you needed for the week, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc. This was our first time in that area, loved it and will be back. Hoping all the restaurants will be open inside next time! :) Thanks for a nice week.

Great family cottage with the beach in your backyard

I spent the week here with my children and grandchildren. The cottage was was very spacious enough for all of us. This was the perfect place to relax, the beach was our backyard! The AC system was up to par as we had a really hot and humid week. We had an issue with the washing machine and Jim came over relatively quickly to repair the issue. Thank you Jim! The only unfavorable thing I can say is that the house could have been a little cleaner before arrival. Other than that, I will definitely consider returning next year!

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our group consisted of a grandmother (me), a daughter and her husband, and their two children, ages 4 and 11 months. The beach was in our back yard, it’s great for little ones as there are virtually no waves, and the roped off swimming area is very shallow. The weather was quite warm while we were there but the room air conditioners were up to the task. The house itself was spacious and had an extra closed off ‘wing’ that was perfect for this grandmother! The kitchen was good sized, there are two bathrooms, one with a tub. It was close by to restaurants, shopping and activities, such as a go cart place and a water park. All in all, we had a great time, and the owner was very responsive and took great care of us.

Best vacation ever!

This was our 2nd year staying at the beach house. Like last year, we had an amazing time! The house is perfect for our 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). I love that you have the option to sit in the yard or lounge on the beach, with the beach right out the back door. The neighbors were really nice and Jim was an amazing host. There were plenty of beach chairs, floats, and even a giant connect 4 game in the basement that we were able to bring out to the yard. The water was perfect for swimming or paddle boarding and the kids enjoyed the huge swing set right on the beach. There are plenty of things to do around the area (bowling, mini golf, pool, arcade) and lots of restaurants with delicious food. We ordered from Buzzards Bay Pizza the first night and ate out at Charlie’s Place the last night. We’re planning to book again here next summer and can’t wait for another amazing vacation. Thanks again Jim!

The beach and the house were not what we expected for the price. We didn't want to use the bedroom located directly behind kitchen, because of the numerous water stains on ceiling. We were concerned about leak and mold. We had problem with lots of ants on counters and in our food. We also had a problem with the 2nd and 3rd burners of grill turning on, even though plenty of propane. We notified Jim about leak, ants, and grill and he responded quickly. He said roof was fixed last year, brought over new propane tank for grill even though that was not the issue, and stated he would spray for ants between renters, as we didn't want chemicals sprayed while we were there with the children. I also suggest that more than one hand towel be provided in the bathrooms, so when one is being washed, another can be used. There were plenty of bath towels. There didn't seem to be properly fitting lids for pots and pans. The house could be cleaned better before renters come in. There was the smell of urine in the bathroom and stale cigarette smell in back rooms. We have been renting near 25 years now in different locations, and this is 1st time I have left a negative comment.

Great location!!

Our family had a wonderful vacation and will definitely rent this house again! It was well stocked with kitchen items and comfy beach chairs! Loved being able to watch from the spacious deck or family room. Air conditioners worked great which made sleeping a breeze!

Amazing vacation!!!

We had sooooo much fun on our vacation at the beach house. The photos do not do the house justice, there was so much room for our family to spread out. The beach is located right outside the back door and it was never over crowded. The water was perfect for swimming and during low tide you can walk out to sand bar. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we talked to was welcoming and so nice. Jim was an amazing host and was quick to answer and questions we had. We’re definitely planning on renting again. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Family friendly property with great beach front location

This property was perfect for my family, baby and toddler safe. Plenty of room for 3 couples +1 and 2 kiddos. Additional family rented a couple houses down and we were able to host the whole group comfortably for meals. Jim was a great host and quick to respond to our questions. Would absolutely recommend and are looking forward to staying again.

Perfect place for a quiet vacation

This is the 5th year our family has rented this property. We really love the house and the location. Being able to be on the beach is really special for our family. The house has a great layout and Jim is very attentive to any issues/questions that we have. We are hoping to be able to book this beach house for years to come.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and is located in a nice quiet area. The amenities were decent, including a grill which we made use of. We enjoyed having the yard too. Jim was great at answering any questions that came up. We are thinking of booking again next year.

Great Family Vacation

Amazing beach front house

We stayed with 2 families for 4. Children ranging from 6 to 9 and it was perfect. The location is amazing. It made beach days stress free and relaxing. The kids loved swimming and exploring the shoreline. Jim was a great host! We would not hesitate renting again. The house has better views and is more spacious than the pictures. Each family had a "wing" so it offered plenty of separation if needed. The beach is your back yard...amazing!!

Perfect for families!

As a family with two young kids, this was the perfect property to stay at. Jim was very accessible and flexible. The house was just as pictured and it was easy to get around to other locations on the Cape. I hope we come back!

perfect beach vacation

Had the perfect beach vacation here with my kids. The property was beautiful and well maintained with everything you could possibly need. The house is right on the beach, pictures on the listing were very accurate, but still don't do it justice. Beautiful safe beach on the bay, perfect for kids and families with a roped off swimming area and swingset on the sand. The beach and neighborhood was very quiet, never crowded, and everyone was very respectful. Very convenient location to restaurants, stores and entertainment. Property owner was very responsive before and during my visit. This vacation was just what we needed, thank you!

Family Vacation

My family and I love this property. It is our 4th year renting this property and will come back every year. It is the perfect location and being right on the beach is incredible. The house is big enough for our extended family who visit during the day. The house is comfortable and well-maintained. The property owner is responsive, attentive, and very friendly.

Beach escape

The communication with the owner was great; answering all my questions timely. Couldn't have asked for a better location - sitting in the sun and then walking off the beach to the shaded lawn. Enjoyed our beach escape!

Very nice stay at the beach house

The best parts of renting this property are the location and the owner. The location is wonderfully located on the beach front of a tidal bay that is not crowded and was terrific for our stay during Covid . The other neighboring properties had steps going down to the beach while this was directly on the beach itself. You could just go for a swim and return back to the patio or lawn if you wanted. Another advantage of the location is its close to a nice coffee place and great Lobster restaurant - both just 2 min drives. There is also a supermarket about 1.5 miles away. The owner Jim is very responsive to any issues and was great to deal with. That really is important. We really enjoyed having the easy access to the water and beach as well as grilling with a nice view of the bay. The house itself is functional for a family to enjoy a beach stay.
