Four inches of snow fell during the night and a plow came early at 8am. Liked that we could park in garage. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Nice computer area for my teacher daughter to get some grading done on her Spring break. Great house - would definitely come back.
We always vacation with another couple and it took us a while to find the lock box for the key (should put its location in the message with the code). The Lily Pad Landing Sum home was clean, comfortable, decorated nicely and we were very thankful for the air conditioning. We like to fish from our friend's fishing boat and kayak on the lake where we are staying. When we realized that Lake Wind Pudding does not have a public boat landing, I messaged inquiries on April 12, April 16, May 3, and May 24 regarding accessibility to putting a motorized fishing boat or pontoon on the lake. I didnât receive a reply until May 26 and were told that Lily Pad has their own boat launch. Upon arrival, we quickly discovered that there was no way to launch a boat due to the extremely low water level and to launch the Kayaks we would have to wade through muck. Luckily the fishing off the dock was pretty good; we caught and released quite a few bluegills, and we were able to take the fishing boat to other nearby lakes.
