The main living level features an open layout with large windows that frame the marsh and bring in natural light throughout the day. The living area flows directly onto a screened-in porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, and evening sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a walk-in pantry, with the dining area positioned nearby for easy meals and gathering. A half bath on this level adds convenience.

On the lower level, a patio opens to a grassy yard that backs directly to the marsh, ideal for grilling, relaxing, or enjoying the quiet natural setting.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, offering privacy and separation from the main living areas. The Parking:
The parking here is very tight. Standard vehicles only and you may not block the driveway or neighbors garage. You may park one vehicle in the garage and another vehicle may be parked parallel to the garage. One vehicle is recommended but two may fit.
