Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3 with two vanities and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin size trundle, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2 with two vanities and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, dedicated workspace, and smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom on the main floor as well as an additional full guest bathroom in the lower level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• FIreplace is not available for guest use.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• There is a Ring doorbell on the front door monitoring the front walkway, and there are security cameras on the garage door and the porch by the grill.
