A short walk from Alfred McKethan State Park and a 3 mile drive to the intercoastal boat ramps of Bayport Park. This 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath home includes all the comforts of home. Convenient to all the Weeki Wachee attractions, a perfect place to spend the day or relax and catch a sunset after exploring. Enjoy several great restaurants near the area on the water or grill your fresh catch at the house. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private deck and on-suite. Queen bedroom and Full bedroom with additional sleeper sofa in the living room.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

This was a great spot for our multiple family vacation. The kids fish from the dock and everything was as advertised. If the park down the street was open it would’ve been amazing, but that does not take away from how beautiful and great the location and rental was.

The Sunrise Place

Beautiful Home with stunning views from every window. Perfect natur observatory for all the wildlife from sand cranes to dolphins. Great interior, specially the master bedroom, the kitchen and living room area!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had such a great time relaxing at the cozy cabana. It was quiet and peaceful. The neighbors that we met were very friendly. They have lots of games for the family and there are lots to do in the surrounding area. The house is very nice and stocked with basically everything you would need. We definitely recommend this house.

Relaxation

It really is a great place to a stay. Overall i did rate this property 5 stars. The view of the water is fabulous. The dock is perfect for fishing. My kids fished there all day. It has a new adjustable baskets hoop and basketball provided. There is 4 kiyaks, pingball table and firepit by the water. We would definitely stay there again.basketball provided.basketballs

Beautiful Home on an estuary

This is a fun house great for hanging out with the family. There is corn hole, ping pong, swings, fire pit, screened in areas with views of the estuary which is packed with nature (fish jumping out of the water and birds). There are twin bunk beds and a full sized bed our 3 boys were able to stay plus the master king room and a queen in another room. We did not need the queen hide-a-bed but I’m sure that could be useful. We enjoyed using the 4 kayaks which you do have access to the beach when it is open. Currently it is still closed due to hurricane Helene. They have supplied life jackets size adult small to x large. 2 beach chairs are available and beach towels. The kitchen is very well prepared with both a Kurig and coffee maker, pots, pans, glass casserole, dishes, baking, pans,Tupperware, for storing leftovers in the fridge, and plenty of plates, silverware, bowls, can opener, etc. We brought a booster seat for our toddler. The owners were very responsive and helpful for one questions you might have. We were able to go to Crystal River Birds underwater dive shop to snorkel with the manatees (I also recommend diving with Bill if you are interested in cave diving), Silver Springs State Park to paddleboard down the river, Weeki Wachee State Park to paddleboard down the river/mermaid show/waterpark, paddleboard down Rainbow River, and experiencing Ginnie Springs. Ultimately this is a place our family stated they would want to come back to for another vacation.
