Our property is your home away from home. Ideal for a family visiting or a professional in town for business complete with all amenities you may need.



This bright country living in the city space is awesome. Watch deer walk through the yard almost daily. Featuring a back & front deck, BBQ, a walk to the beach or it's a short drive the the Q-Plex, Matthew's Cove, walking trails, Meenan's Cove, shopping & entertainment.



Our location is pet friendly!

The Space:

We offer 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 single beds (the 2nd one pulls out from under the first). The couch is able to be slept on as well and if you have a larger group we can accommodate air mattresses inside and camping outside.



We are always striving to make the space as much of a home as it can be so if you have suggestions while staying - or questions about something prior - please don't hesitate to share!



Guest Access:

Upon your arrival you can park in the designated parking spot directly across from the guest entrance. Although the rental space is connected to our home, you have your own complete entrance - your own 900 square feet of living space - separate from the main home.



The front deck is yours to enjoy, along with the back deck where you'll find the BBQ and patio furniture.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance to beach - minutes away from walking trails and water park!!



Getting Around:

Tons of parking on site. You will be within walking distance to the beach, trails and water park. A short drive away are 2 other beaches, trails and all shopping and entertainment.



Other Things to Note:

Before booking please send inquiries if you are bringing FURRY ANIMAL(s) there is a FURRY ANIMAL FEE listed when choosing number of guests.



**There is now a $125 FURRY ANIMAL fee as linens have to be taken to cleaners for proper cleaning. Please clean up the space of all pet hair/or other evidence that a pet was here or there will be an additional cleaning fee up to $300. Common issues are replacing ruined blankets/throws, damaged furniture and any where from 2-4 extra hours required by the cleaners to remove pet hair throughout the rest of the space.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. We finish every cleaning by sanitizing all surfaces as we exit the space.
