Family trip

We had a great experience other than check in time was after 6PM. However it was really busy, but facilities were nice. Beach was great.

Great location and beach. Condo had plenty of room for everyone and was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice break from reality.

The condo was a little older, but very well maintained and in a great location to get away from most of the congestion of PCB. The beach was beautiful.

Great Condo

My husband and I rented this unit at Summerhouse. The location is great. The condo was very clean and furnished well. It had everything needed to make our stay in PCB a great time. We will definitely be back.

The SummerHouse was a great place to stay. Very clean. Excellent lighting in parking lot. 2 pools, beach. Attendant & staff very friendly. Budget friendly. I will come back next year

Mold

The unit needed to be updated and there was mold on the ceiling. Book that condo forgot to tell them we were coming so it took a while to check in because I had to call them and ask them to email the front desk at the place. Loved the pools and the views!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. I know there had been issues with waiting for an elevator but I had no issues at this property. The only thing I would say is my condo wasn't handicap friendly I didn't tell them I needed it. Other then that it was ok and nice to stay.

Perfectly Peaceful

I found this property as a beachfront/oceanside option to just relax and get away. It did just that! Just descend the building to go to the beach, which is not at all crowded. The people that were on the beach were very quiet and friendly. Lovely patio we stretched and ate at every day. Plenty of room, very quiet. Adorable, cozy, high-end beachy decor. I was even able to leave the patio door open and listen to the waves each night from my bedroom. There are also plenty of fun options, of which we did some, but the relaxation was the best. I would definitely come again!

Disappointed with the condo-Summerhouse is a great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not what we expected-stains on carpet and furniture. Rust on outside chairs. Light switches with no idea which one belonged to what. Mildew on shower curtain and the masterbath smelled like urine. Very outdated condo. Summerhouse is a great location, but this condo needs updating.

Great Place to stay

Everything went great! We loved our stay. The beds were really firm so if you like a softer bed I’d bring some extra blankets. Only real issue we had was the First day we contacted the owners to let them know the Wi-Fi was not connecting and there was no Roku remote for the living room TV. That was on Saturday when we arrived and on Tuesday maintenance had stopped by and the internet wifi password we was given was wrong but they didn’t leave a remote for the tv. I contacted them again and they only said maintenance had been notified. A really nice man named Shawn reached out and was trying to get them out there as soon as possible to bring us a remote and he touched base with us several times after to see if a remote had been brought to us. They never did bring the remote throughout our entire stay. Normally I would not have cared about the TV but our kids wanted to watch it and be on the wifi when we were in the condo at night.

Poor Follow through

The original listing had a/c issue so the company offered another property off the beach as an option. Our family decided to choose this option due to our 8 month old could no longer wait for the room. Upon arrival at the condo the sheets were not clean, and the entrice was very slipply. I notified the company multiple times for a larger placement receiving the response they would follow through and replace it. Our concern fell on deaf ears as nothing happened. Our son had a fall due to the slippy surface, fortunately it was minor injury but it could have been prevented if they had followed through with my request. I will never book another room with this company again.

Summerhouse 710B

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex as a whole was perfect! It was clean and well organized. The room we were in had a great floor plan and plenty of room. The staff that spoke with me on the phone were very nice and helpful. The problem I had was 1) there was what looked like sheet rock dust in the master bedroom on the furniture and the bedspread 2) the carpet was horrible and desperately needed to be replaced 3) there were only 3 face cloths in the condo and there were 4 of us. I contacted the number given me for assistance and Judy stated she would call Housekeeping, no one came. I cleaned the dust up as best I could and shook out the bedspread but left it on the floor in the corner. There was remodeling going on in 809B. Strange that the dust was only in the master bedroom. Markings on the tops of the furniture appeared to show someone had tried to wipe it down. A thick film remained.

Had a GREAT vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started off a little confused with our vacation rental from Book that Condo. Our original condo that we booked was NOT the condo that was assigned to us and we did not discover this until a week before we left on vacation. It was told that the condo we original booked was no longer doing business with "book that condo" and they fixed us up with another one. The second one that was assigned to us was at no additional charge and was bigger. The first one slept 6 and this one slept 8. The only difference was this second condo did not have an on site facility workout room which is important to us. The condo we stayed at was very nice and we truly enjoyed the view of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom! Easy access to the beach, pools, and we discovered the Park Pier about 3 miles down the road which was awesome! I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony early am and evenings. Only thing that needed to be worked on was the sliding doors from the bedroom to the balcony - very hard to open. Also the master bed was very hard and uncomfortable - could truly use a new mattress.

Property was just as stated. Beautiful views and sunsets in the beach. Pools were nice. Inside was plenty of room and clean except I felt the floors could of been a little cleaner. I would definitely stay again.
