Our largest 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condominium offers a generous great room perfect for gathering and relaxing. This spacious two bedroom two bath suite features ample living space; two queen beds; two full beds, full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located in Vail Village, just a short 5 minute walk to Gondola One, and all of the Village amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
